A nice and convenient place to stay while on a business trip to Mountain View. I was able to check-in at 1:50am without any hassle (I did call ahead and warn that my plane was extremely delayed).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Nemo made check in a breeze and was so kind and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The onsite bar and breakfast options were also great.

Be careful with this hotel. The door locks do not work properly. My rooms lock broke and I had to wait at least 2 hours for the handyman to come to unlock it. Plus, they says that they will take care of you because of the bad experience and they never do. They always lie. They charged me 100 dollars for any damages and the room was perfectly fine when I left. I do no t recommend you this hotel at all. Just imagine if you leave your pet in the room and you cannot get back in.

WORST STAY EVER! Room was not cleaned, dishes from previous night not taken out, no towels in the room, they are short staffed, so after a long day at work you have to go back to the front desk to pick-up towels and they charge over $500 a night for such horrendous experience. The worst part - this was not an isolated incident. Experienced something similar during my last stay. This place has gone to the dogs.

Was up to check out college's with the family. Staff was super nice and very professional. Entrance is really nice with alot of amenities. Room was nice, modern-day, not as clean as i would have expected. Asked for room with view and we got only view of parking lot.

Room was clean, no major problems. Staff encountered was very unfriendly (I asked for towels and got loads of eye rolling) and for the price paid I would have expected at least daily housekeeping

Staff need more help it doesn't have everything it should but the atmosphere is nice. Great location by lots of businesses in walking distance close to freeway entrance, stadium, shore line and silicone valley close by.

Sep 25 update:
After my review, I’ve stayed here over 10 times, including for an emergency when another local hotel had a system crash and couldn’t check me in and another time when I brought my family.
They now have implemented a breakfast buffet, which vastly improves the stay experience. This has gone to five stars for my personal needs in this area, and you could tell that guests were enjoying it. I can’t say enough about how this team has worked to improve their offer, as I have seen it firsthand. Moreover, the buffet options change every day, are all super tasty (try the chilaquiles if they have them) and well worth the $25.
Room service also improved and everything is much more organized.

I spent about a month and a half at this location and was able to meet the staff.
Teresa, Edith, Chris, Marla, and Amit were all super helpful and friendly when I needed to do laundry, get the room cleaned up, refill shampoo and soap, change dates as requested by my employer, when receiving visitors, etc. I really enjoyed the conversations I had with all of them, who did their very best to ensure I was having a pleasant stay and get good rest after intense work days.
The room was always clean and room service was always attentive.
My only recommendation/request would be to shift from paid microwave/prepackaged breakfast meals to actual breakfast food (even if only during the weekends). The OG BEC small sandwich and egg & chorizo spicy burrito wrap are two acceptable options, though expensive at ~$12+tax each. The $15 dollar daily voucher is often only sufficient for the actual sandwich and no soft drinks.
I enjoyed my stay at the Aloft overall, and plan to stay again when in Mountain View to say hi to the team. However, though I’ll miss the staff in the kitchen, who I also became fond of, I will probably not include breakfast due to the reasons above.

Location location location! Great front desk Hospitality for check in. Hard working staff Chris. They allow pets small charge. Needs upgrades TV's, etc. But in time has the potential to be great.

Super convenient for all the places we needed to go. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel was modern, clean, and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
