If you read my 1st review on this establishment you'll know I was very pleased. I talked with Luis about returning for interior detailing, so this is the review in that. I was so excited I actually arrived 24hrs early, lol! (I also had a scheduling issue) Anyway, the employee at the shop called Luis and he let me know it was the next day. I arrived..on time. We went over what I wanted to have done which was the passenger side front and back seat, sides of the console and how long it would take which; wasn't long. It was a nice day so I remained outside and Luis kindly offered me a chair out there while I relaxed. I watched as they detailed other cars as well. Which reminded me that I should have done a before and after pic. Anyway, the car was done shortly, about an hour I'd say...Luis also did me a solid and did the other seats as well. He informed me I would have to wait about an hour and a half before it dried off completely. I was planning to leave and he had even put some cloth down on the drivers side for me. I ended up staying. We chatted for about 2 hours maybe and I left the car doors open so it would dry faster. The seats were pretty dirty despite the car being relatively new when I got it. It looked like a child had walked on it with their shoes or something. Luis did an excellent job, he got the grime on the sides of the console and the seats looked brand new with no chemically smell. I was very pleased and for the price...Man! I'll probably never clean my car's interior myself again! In short fast and great work! If you need your car's interior detailed, this is the spot! I also inquired about wrapping the vehicle; my old vehicle had many nics and bumps from pebbles on the freeway, hopefully I'll get to write a review about that as well! I saw one customer come in that day that had it done and I overheard Luis go over what he did, he also told me after the customer left and gave me some ideas on what to consider. All in all I was very satisfied with the service and advice. I had a great time at the shop while waiting for my car to dry off and I'm happy to have my interior spotless! I was helped by Luis. He's responsible, responsive, relatable and reliable. He helped me decide what to do with my car and we settled on PPF full front, ceramic coating for the rest of the exterior and interior, and some tinting and protective film for the front windows and windshield. I felt well advised and taken care of. There was a storm when the car was done so he offered to keep it for a few extra days in his garage to cure. Everything looks great so far, the future will tell how well the product was applied and what their quality is but I have no reason to doubt it'll be great and long lasting. Luis gave me products for the aftercare as well. I spent quite a bit of money and I don't know how good the value is relative to other places, but i think it was worth it.

Recommend! Used the mobile cleaning/detailing services. Alejandro was our guy performing the services. Very thorough and diligent with his work. Me and my wife's cars looked fantastic inside and out even after a couple years of negligence. Give the man a bonus :D

Excellent service done by Luis and his team. I had my Model Y done a year ago and can confidently say if you have any issues after the service, Luis will help with what he can. I had Ceramic coat and window tint done and the quality is top notch while keeping the price reasonable by him. I have always recommended him to my friends and will definitely bring any future vehicles to be worked by AVR.

Had a repair I needed done quick. These folks were outstanding. Such a nice waiting office. Then the repair was out of this world. Couldn’t even tell there was a rip in the first place. Amazing work by the whole crew. Saved me 1000$ if I had to replace the whole door panel.

I had a great experience at this auto shop as I recently got my new RAV4 wrapped, and then a week later came back for a ceramic coating. I'm very pleased with the results. I had never had my windows tinted so I was a little nervous heading into this whole process. Luis was the person I dealt with at AVR and he was great. The service and pricing were straight forward and they finished my car amazingly well in 4 -5 hours. To top it all off, when I called for a quote, he made sure to tell me how I could save 15% on the price. All around, a great experience and a perfect job well done. One thing to add was that he allowed me to take my meeting calls from his office since this was going to take my whole afternoon on a weekday. Overall a stellar customer experience.
