No ticketing system and they’ll just help random people they pick and choose. Been sitting here waiting. Current wait time: 45min and still waiting.Gave up and left because I pointed out that they were helping people before me and they apologized and continued on with the people who just arrived.

Many of the staff seem unmotivated and seem like they don't want to be there. Have had to go back a few times. One time because my mom was encouraged to sign up for a plan she didn't understand. Another time because the new phone given didn't have a sim card in it. I'm sure some people have only had good experiences here because not all my visits were bad. But it's very hit or miss.

The whole process took less than 15 minutes to complete the iPhone 15 pre order. Very friendly support. Advised me ways to save money with AARP. Gave clear information on what will happen next. There were no surprises. Highly recommend this store and Jorge who worked on my pre order. Happy and satisfied.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a recent visit to the AT&T store in Mountain View, California, on September, 18, 2023 at 10:30 am.. During my visit to the store, I encountered a series of issues that left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe it is crucial for AT&T to be aware of these concerns and take appropriate actions to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. Lack of Greeting: Upon entering the store, I was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff for approximately five minutes. This initial lack of acknowledgment gave me the impression that I was not a valued customer. Language Barrier: When I finally received assistance, it became evident that there was a language barrier between myself and the staff. While I understand that employees may speak multiple languages, it is essential to ensure effective communication with all customers. The staff primarily conversed in Spanish, which made it difficult for me to understand and be understood. Inadequate Assistance: I approached a staff member seeking help with my SIM card issue. Despite explaining that my phone did not detect the SIM card, the staff member proceeded to send a verification code to my phone, which did not resolve the problem. Additionally, he requested that I call my husband to obtain a password, which was not necessary for the issue at hand. Disregard for Customer Priority: While I was in the midst of trying to resolve my issue, a new customer arrived at the store. To my dismay, the staff member assisting me abruptly left and began serving the new customer, all while speaking in Spanish, which I found disrespectful and unprofessional. Inappropriate Comments: When I requested to speak with a supervisor due to the prolonged wait and lack of resolution, the staff member responded by using offensive language. He called me a "fing bh" and accused me of being "racist." This behavior is unacceptable and entirely unjustified. As a long-standing AT&T customer who has resided in California for over 25 years, I have never encountered such a negative experience within your organization. I ultimately left the Mountain View store feeling frustrated and disheartened.

Thanks Noah who was a big help in resolving an order that was late (missing?) that customer support by phone was unable to help me with. Originally did a "Right To You" order but that service is a black hole and there is no way to get any help when there is a problem (as was my case)

I visited this store to activate a new pre-paid sim card on a Friday evening. I get it that Fridays are meant to be laidback for most businesses but this store is probably the most real-life example of that phenomenon I've ever seen. I waited there patiently as three of the associates present at the location discussed their Friday evening plans, their weekend plans and a lot more without asking me the reason for the visit. A 10 minute job took 30 minutes and I left the store rather amused wondering how they're surviving to still keep this shop open

Just ask for Zay. He has amazing customer service, super knowledgeable and professional. He has came to our rescue multiple times and has been able to successfully resolve any issues we've had. We will also remember you which is a huge plus.

Lindsay, the manager, went above and beyond the call of great customer service. She had great patience and a fantastic personality! I have an AT&T router/modem that I needed information on, and Lindsay had all the right answers and directives to give me to get that important information on the device. She was amazing!! Thanks, Lindsay!! You rock!

I can’t with this place. First, my husband and I arrive and all. I mean all of the sales associates were on their phones. They just greeted us and that’s it! I was like “ok that’s fine I guess they are either on their break or they are not busy.” My husband found the phone he wanted to purchase. He asked one of the sales associates to help him. The guy, Anthony, just wanted to sell him the more expensive phone. I understand they get commission but my husband had already made up his mind. Anthony proceeded to tell him the phone he wanted was out of stock without even checking in their system. We left, the service is horrible in their. I recommend you go somewhere they value a customer.
