“I moved from Las Vegas to CA on April 14, 2024. I was diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis and connective tissue disease in both hands and I am unable to work and drive. My sister-in-law works M-F, 9 am-5 pm. Today was the day we went to AAA to transfer title of my Jeep Compass to my sister-law and for her to add the car to her current AAA auto policy. We found out from Braden that title transfer is only done M-F. My sister-in-law had driven the car to the office. We asked if they could make an exception for our case and they agreed. Michael took our VIN number and checked the engine so he could run my VIN # while we got the smog check.They gave us a nearby place for the smog check. The Mountain View Smog Test Only Center was first come first serve and with 2 cars ahead of us, we were done within 30 minutes. Coming back, we needed additional help completing the 2 forms and Braden patiently explained. Soon we were done and waiting for Amir to add the car to my sister-in-laws current auto policy. From the moment we entered the Mountain View location, we were fortunate to encounter excellent customer service from Michael, Braden and Amir.”
