Bad experience! I was asked to wait and was told she would be with me shortly. While I was waiting in the lobby, a white couple walked in and someone immediately talked with them. Feel ignored as an Asian again. I waited for a while. The person finally came out of her office and asked me to wait for another 20 minutes. I'm with BoA for 10+years. Hope just bad luck with this branch.

Do not use the ATM at this branch. My wife made a deposit at the ATM the statement read one tenth of the deposit. She went inside the bank to rectify the situation. Armando told her to call the number at the ATM they will help you. So much for customer service. There is none at this bank. Tried 3 times to call wait time for help hours. This is why I don't bank at b of a.

0 stars for being a super toxic bank with terrible customer service. The website says you can go in person to cancel a credit card account you longer use (and has been fully paid off). Condescending banker told me I should use the mobile app to cancel my account which merely reroutes you to an automated call.The customer service forces you to stay on hold for 30+ minutes just to get through to a real human. They make it very difficult to close your account once you establish a relationship with them. Be very careful with this bank. Absolutely staying away from BofA forever. I’m much happier with Schwab and Chase for their great customer service. BofA, I hope you read this and change your ways. Such a shame ✌️

This goes to no surprise another Bank of America, getting a one star review due to the disrespectful nature of the Teller’s, since when did they start treating people like the incompetent piece of junk?

This has to be the absolute worst, rude and unprofessional branch that I've dealt with. Be leery of Teller Ms. Sandra J. Diaz. Aside from apparently being "blind and deaf", her colleagues are quick to apologize for anything and everything she may have done, while they also find that they cannot access your account information and assure that other banks can help for free. I ask to file a formal complaint and they state that they will speak with her. I suggest they share their security camera footage and review with their team.

I arrived 5 minute before they close and was welcomed by Ruben, he walked me to the debit card service and helped me with my task even after their office hour with humor, patience and efficiency

The ATM was down and the banker was behind me and watched me try to withdrawal and nothing came out. He made a comment saying “nothing came out huh” and went inside the closed bank. The transaction processed and now I have to make a claim to have access to my OWN money. They said after midnight I’ll see my funds back. What a mess, the guy could’ve warned me, put a sign up, given me the money from inside since it processed. I will be taking my banking elsewhere from now on.

I have accounts with BofA but do my best to avoid what is usually an awful bank. I needed a birth certificate application notarized so I decided to try out their free notary service for customers. But... of course they refuse to notarize those.BofA is truly among the worst banks. If I didn't occasionally use their credit cards, I would never step foot there.

Waited about an hour to try and open a credit card. Ended up leaving cause they were taking forever and didn't seem like anyone was finishing any time soon. One guy finished and sat around doing nothing for 15 minutes instead of calling the next person???

Second time waiting at this Bank of America for opening a business saving account. First time waited about one hour and cannot wait any longer. This time is a Friday. Got in and saw one clerk said he will come back and help me. Waited for half an hour and then realized he did not put me in the queue so I have to wait i in the queue again. Now one hour later, still waiting... worst customer service ever. Will switch my bank.

This is the worst branch I have ever visited. They don't care about the customers at all. 15-20 people waiting in the line, only 1 or 2 tellers working. Staff is quite inexperienced. They couldn't handle an easy transaction which I have done several times in other branches without frustrating me.

The staff here are very helpful and the bank has a large number of ATMs outside for cash deposit and retreival operation. Carrying out any activity in this bank in person is quiet smooth but having a prior appointment is something which you keep in mind if you don't want to wait.
