I have been taking Z-Health classes here with Eva Scott. She is so knowledgeable and really has been helping me with movement, vision and balance. Really interesting approach to personal training. Cutting edge techniques used by professional athletes. Would definitely recommend trying it.

Daniella is fantastic. I've been training with her for over five years. In that time, she's helped me train for marathons, climbing Kilimanjaro, and even running a 50 mile race in 2013. But she works with people all along the fitness spectrum, including people who have injuries or who are just starting out. Daniella also does a very good job of customizing workouts if some part of your body is sore or injured. She knows all the various muscles and can usually help you figure out why a body part feels weak, then suggest exercises that will put things back on track.

Very thoughtful and resourceful trainer. I have to be careful so that I don't get injured when I train. Daniella does a great job of working around this. She has a very large repertoire of workouts. She is very accessible and flexible about scheduling when she has the option. I've been working with her for about 4 years, but have worked with a number of other trainers. She is super!

Been training with Daniella at DFitLife for over 6 years, so I obviously like it! Daniella is sensitive and appropriate to my health care needs and limitations (I have a disability), while pushing me at the same time. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anybody.

New location for a physical training/workout facility. Spacious, comfortable, attractive workout area with new equipment along with a wide range of training 'tools'. Shower facilities are well appointed in a clean, spa-like atmosphere. Not crowded. No sales pressure. Friendly, professional trainers. Low-key, upscale, and reasonable fee schedule. Good value. Name of new location is 'noXcuses'. Works for me!

I'm so lucky to have found Daniella Dayoub - she's the best trainer around! When I started working out with her, two years ago, my idea of a serious workout was walking around the block. Now I ride my bicycle for miles when I'm not at the gym, and I can leg press 400 pounds. Daniella cares how each of us is doing, and she really gets results. And the best thing is, she makes exercise fun, which is great for me because I'm a couch potato by nature. Up until now, Daniella has been working out of Axis Performance Center, but sad to say they're closing their doors today. But she's already found a new location for us, a gym called Noxcuses in Palo Alto, and I'm excited about seeing it on Monday.I'm so glad I wont have to miss even a single session.
