Today I went for the first time after speaking with Ms Rachel to the shop . Were I received quality service . I normally don’t post on these reviews , but something needed to be said . I purchased a stage 1 service for my 2000 M5 E39 . It was done within a few hours. The service techs are great with this service ??. I WILL BE COMING BACK !!!

I had a major fault in my Mercedes R350: the computer stopped letting me drive the car. So I needed to find a mechanic who has Certified Mercedes Capabilities: that is, they can access car's main diagnotic computer. Bavarium has that and made the right diagnosis. They also fixed the aging rear suspension. It was quite a big piece of work. The car is back to life and drives way better than before. I am very satisifed with the quality of their service.

Amazing! This was our first time bringing the car to Bavarium Autoworks and the service was excellent! I met Rachel and she was professional and clear with what should be expected. I thought I would have to leave the car overnight but they were finished in a few hours, we will definitely use them for future services!

I just had the VERY best shop experience I have ever had, bar none. Woman-owned, honest, friendly, and fair. Really appreciated the clear communication during the entire process, and the fact that there is an Enterprise car rental shop across the street to keep me moving while my car was serviced. Bavarium turned a potentially very stressful experience into a smooth and pleasant one. Bravo ?

I have been using Bavarium Autoworks (BA) for a few years and am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of their work, their proactive approach to identifying issues needing attention either immediately or in the near future, exemplary communications about status of the work while the car is in the shop and their honesty and integrity. For example, my car is in the shop as I write this because I noticed a fluid leak. Upon examination, it was determined the leak is from a radiator hose they replaced in 2022 and thus, it will be replaced under warranty without charge. The technician also identified a power steering line leak and recommended replacing the line now.
All this to say, I wholeheartedly recommend BA.
