Review 2 — Installer Daniel
Wonderful Installation Experience!
Installer Daniel arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the carpet installation beautifully. He also went above and beyond by helping us move the old mattress to the garage and moving the new bed frame and mattress into place afterward. Professional, kind, and very hardworking. Highly recommended!

“Overall very positive. I worked with Gina at the Santa Clara location and she was great. Huge selection at the store. Easy scheduling. And most importantly, good work from their contractors.”
“The manager, Diana, was very friendly, quoted less than other places, and we were very happy with the outcome! She’s someone that you can trust - she will be there from beginning to end. I’m so thankful ! Thank you Diana”
“Great business, Juan is a great manager and gave us excellent advice and attention. Installation was a breeze. Even though our job was small, all involved took the time to create a great result.”
“Excellent Service and Professional Installation
I had a fantastic experience with Fremont Carpet and Tiles. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth, efficient, and professional.
I visited their store on a Monday afternoon, met Owner Habib , picked out the carpet I wanted, and within 30 minutes, he had scheduled a same-day measurement. One of the owner Obaid came to my home, measured the area, and provided a quote on the spot. I accepted the quote, and they immediately placed the order with the warehouse in L.A. I even received a follow-up call on Tuesday to update me on the shipment status and to schedule installation.
By Wednesday morning, their installation crew arrived right on time at 8 AM. Since I had recently installed new closet , Obaid personally came with a handyman to remove the doors and protect the closets with plastic to avoid any damage. I really appreciated that extra level of care and attention. On Thursday morning, they returned to complete the final room.
In just four days, the entire carpet installation was completed, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The crew was professional, polite, and respectful throughout. I’m very pleased with both the service and the product, and I highly recommend Fremont Carpet and Tiles to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.”
“I contacted 3 different companies to get estimates for new carpet. Of those 3, only Darrell Lewis at Carpeteria Campbell took the time to come out and do the estimate. He understood what I was looking for and the time-frame required. The installers came out the following week and completed the job efficiently and on-time. Excellent work! Thank you!”
“I was desperate to have my wool carpets professionally cleaned. I called Medallion Rug Gallery and spoke with Sami. He assured me they could assist me. They were able to schedule a time with me to pick up my rugs in Marin and were amazing at moving all of my furniture to do so. Additionally, they returned the clean rugs in a timely manner and again, carefully moved all of the furniture back in place.I cannot say enough about how professional and competent Sami is to work with. He was very fair, communicative and always professional. He was happy to make sure everything went smoothly. His staff was eager to assist as well.If you are looking for to work with a professional in the rug business who takes the time to make sure your needs are met, then Sami at Medallion Rug Gallery is the person to contact. When I need to purchase rugs in the future, I will be contacting Sami for assistance.”

“Wow, I cannot begin to describe how great their service was! We discussed what size and type of design I liked ahead of time. Then they came to my house with a bunch of different options to help me decide which would look best in the space.
And later on, when my dog had an accident on a different rug of mine they were able to come pick it up immediately and get it cleaned before it stained!”
