We have a full line of PCB assembly equipment and can support BGA, and other types of SMT assembly right here in our Santa Clara factory. We offer RoHs compliant assembly for 1 to a thousand boards per month.

The place to go for Surface Mount components assembly and rework. They have all the machines for BGA, Flip chip and SOIC .
