It was surprising to observe our teller, Pauline, who was sitting next to Monica, communicating in a rapid manner, lacking the basic customer service etiquette such as greetings. Initially, I assumed her communication style was inherently brisk, perhaps even curt. However, my assumption was challenged when I noticed a change in her demeanor with the customer following me, a Latino man. To him, she was noticeably more cordial, engaging in pleasantries and well-wishes. This occurrence took place this afternoon. It was an unexpected display of adaptability. Well done, Pauline!

Don't recommend this location,I have to go to the Los Altos location because of the encounters I've had at this location. Really rude customer service,seems like "Paulina" is forced to be there,always has a attitude when helping people . You guys need to find better employees,since the ones at this location don't like their jobs

If I really had zero stars I would give them because I feel one is too much. I am an international student who makes living with the pay cheques and after I deposited my first cheque through the app. My account was blocked by the bank for no reason at all. After which I visited this branch and told them what my problem was. I was told to bring my payroll cheque the next time I come. Next time when I came for my appointment the person responsible to take me in was not available so I had to again go back and come after a couple of days. I come back today with all the documents and now they want to talk my boss or they won’t release the cheque. I also found out today that my account with the money in it is closed by chase. It’s been 15 days since I have gotten my pay cheque but because I’m not able to use the money I have not been able to pay my rent, bills, etc. I literally have to use wifi to even call someone and do not have mobile data because my internet services are suspended because I couldn’t pay. I do not want to give even a single star but that’s the least you can give so.

Unfortunately, I went to the branch and refused by the manager to help me for common request last Friday. She really didn't know how to listen to customer and understand what customer need. I got everything from CITI today. What is a big Difference!

Good service at this location, just be advised they only have one banker but they said that would soon get a second. The Castro street location down El Camino is apparently larger and has two.

Nothing stellar, but slightly better than the Castro Street location. This location is often closed without advance notice. Tellers are often interrupted in the middle of the transaction while the customer is waiting to finish up. Can't they finish with you first while you are in the middle of the transaction?

Wanted to open a new account for our teenager, Chase website declined because they were not able to identify the child. I thought we go to a nearby location and open a account - they had no capacity to do this and we need an appointment. I went home and did some more research - found a better solution and opened a account with SoFi within 10min.Congratulation Chase - you lost a potential new customer.

Mr. Quezada was nice and helpful. Didn’t have my chase card and he helped me withdraw money. Got attention and hello right away.

Giving one star for wasting my time without telling me during lunch break and I had to ask if they had someone to speak with after waiting a bit. Then they said they were at lunch after I waited for a while. Don't bother with this branch horrible for anything important.

Have been here multiple times to hand over expired credit cards as well as queries regarding auto loans etc. .. My experience has been pleasant on most days and I also appreciate the fact that they do follow-up diligently on queries and transactions
