I love this location, I feel this is one of the very few stores left besides the one closer to foster city that is good. Love the variety of products, some items can be expensive but you find very unique items in jewelry and home decor. I enjoy the variety of internal food products and beverages.

Good variety of products. I haven't been there for quite some time. Good to go back. Except the cashiers were extremely slow. They didn't seem to care there were quite a few people in line. Nothing was said to those in line. No sense of urgency.

It’s a little too much of everything. It doesn’t do any specific one style very well. That maybe the point but we came in with the intent to furnish our new place, and we didn’t find anything. The prices are also relatively high and the quality feels ok.
They do have interesting global snacks and alcohol. But that wasn’t really what we came for.

We love Cost Plus because of their range of unique and interesting products and quirky snacks. We don't go very often, but every time we go we get excellent service. Tabatha is an excellent cashier. She is always cheerful, helpful and patient. She takes the time to ask if we want to use any coupons and make sure we get all available discounts. She makes us feel like valued customers. Management at the store had always been very helpful as well.

Lots of options for chocolates/candy. They use to have a lot of good mugs/tea pots but not so much options.

I have been going to this World Market store for many many years. I love the store, but especially love the people who work there. I don't like Christmas shopping in general, but their folks are so patient and helpful it makes for an enjoyable experience.

Absolutely infuriating experience! I placed an order on world market website with an original shipping date of July 25th to August 2nd. It's been nothing but delays every single day since. At this point (August 23rd), it feels like I'll never receive my item. To make matters worse, customer service has been completely unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!
