This pharmacy needs to check material in stock in a better way.Long waiting line, but staffs are not handling the customers.A staff looked quite irritated by customers, and doesn't serve properly.

Absolute worst experience I’ve had at a pharmacy. It’s so bad that I am going to short CVS stock tomorrow. I have a feeling that I’ll make a ton of money on this sucker!!

Doesn’t take Kaiser for Covid shots and this was never mentioned once on their 30 min questionnaire I had to fill out online for my appointment. Now costs $300 out of pocket for Covid vaccine and flu shot. Also won’t take HSA cards for normal medical purchases. Rude and behind the times. Stay away.

The worst. They called me at 10am with a question, said Rx would be ready at 11am. I went by at noon, not ready. Came back at 3:30pm, still not ready. If you can't do the basics, get out of the business.

I stopped in today to pick up some deodorant and the cashier was very pushy about asking me for my cvs extracare card. When I said, "no thanks", she asked me why. I stated that I was paying cash and didn't care about any possible discount, so I wasn't going to produce a card. I was then questioned if I'm from out of town and that's perhaps why I didn't want to use the card. I politely declined again.I don't think it should be required that I register my purchase by tying it to the extracare card, so they can then sell the data. And I don't think the cashier has any business asking me where I live either.Next time I need deodorant, I'll go to a grocery store, hopefully a small private one that isn't collecting and selling my data. Rotten large corporations trying to become monopolies to they can take advantage of the consumer even more.

My mom and I went to this store to get our bivalent Covid immunizations. My mother is 93 years old, (and suffers from dementia) and told me she had to go to the bathroom. I have been to this store before, and recall having to walk across the parking lot to find a rest room because they have NO restrooms for customers. Well, they managed to track down someone that had a key to unlock an obscure restroom, and I need to thank Jody, the kind employee with glasses and a ponytail that unlocked and guided us to the restroom. She was very kind and patient, and let me go in with my mom who uses a walker. Hooray for Jody!We both got our immunizations without a hitch and were on our way!

I stopped by for a quick errand on the way to work. I hurried to get the 2 things I needed, and then went to the checkout to pay. There was nobody at the regular checkouts so I went to the self service one. When I scanned one item, a message got displayed on the screen that said "Please wait, help is on the way". Except, it was not.I waited a few minutes, the other self service station was out of order and there was nobody at any of the regular checkouts, there was no employee around. After another few minutes, I said "Hello? Is there anyone?" I waited a bit longer, then left otherwise I would have been late for a meeting.I think there was one lady re-stocking a shelf who decided that it was more important to continue stocking the shelf then to go unblock a customer and enable that customer to pay.Nobody explained to her that the way CVS makes money to pay her salary is by actually selling things to customers, and if they can't pay, CVS doesn't sell and doesn't make money. Unfortunately, because of lack of or bad training, this lady decided that it was more important to take 5-10 more minutes to re-stock the shelf then to step away less than a minute to unblock a customer at the self checkout.I'm sure I'm not the only one who walked out because of that.

Went to this CVS this morning to get my COVID booster and flu shot. I blacked out shortly after in the store and the pharmacist and general manager were extremely kind, even giving me a free water to keep me alive. The pharmacist tenderly helped lower me to the floor so I didn't hit my head, as well as checking in on me regularly and made sure I had a safe way to get home. 10/10 would black out in this store again.

Came here to get my 3rd booster shot. The technician that helped me was friendly, efficient, and considerate about which arm I wanted to receive the shot.

Because I always found at CVS what I was looking for there is nothing to improve. Going to the CVS over the years I like it that the same person is there most of the time and recognizes my husband and me , I like it that the Pharmacy send text messages to let me know when the prescription is ready

Wow, do NOT come here. The place is run down and the people that work there are not helpful. I went out of my way to come to this CVS because the CVS.com website showed that they had the item in stock but the shelf was empty and they just gave me the runaround saying that the website is not kept up-to-date, the item's probably on the pallet, etc. etc. She almost seemed irritated that I was asking about something that they didn't have. One of the worst CVS I've ever been to!
