When I arrive the pharmacy on time, the staff told me they cannot help me and I need to come back tomorrow. I respect that and CVS will have no more my prescription. Also, their automated voice dialing system is the worst I've ever used, it seems like they only want to save money and don't care about the user experience at all.

Worst treatment at a pharmacy ever by FAR. Not at all helpful. Was exasperated. Didn’t even say hi. The CVS I am a regular retail customer at, the people in the store are helpful and wonderful but watch out for the pharmacy if you don’t enjoy feeling hatred and disrespect. It was my first time using that pharmacy rather than buying things in the store and I had the doctor sent it there specifically because it is my favorite CVS. Was blown away by the nasty looks like she hated that there was a customer. In 10 years or more I have not had a bad experience at a pharmacy or a store. I love people and I am super easy going. Keep that in mind when you read this review. I’m super cognizant of others and their roles and pressures and I am extremely cooperative. So this one is a standout. Felt actual hatred. I hope she was just having a bad day because she could significantly single-handedly change the entire vibe of the region, putting everyone into a bad mood if she is like that to everyone. I saw a lot of prescriptions there. Just from a humanitarian perspective she should find another job.

All of the 1 star reviews for this pharmacy are 100% correct. I saw CVS corporate in the store a few months ago trying to coach people, but clearly they haven't made any improvements. I put in a renewal request for a basic prescription and went in several hours later. They said it's not ready, and the cashier refused to help me further. She said it wasn't her job and I needed to ask someone else. Definitely switching to the Walgreens on El Camino.
Once I spoke to an actual pharmacist, they were pleasant and helpful, but that didn't make up for the rude first interaction.

Yet another horrible cvs pharmacy staffed by slow unhelpful people.
Hands down the worst most rude pharmacist I have ever interacted with.
This pharmacist should be fired immediately.
I saw her argue with 3 customers in 10 minutes because she was being unhelpful and they called her out on it.
CVS needs to step in here, it’s real bad

I used to get all my prescriptions here, quick and easy, but the quality of care dropped precipitously in the past year.
1) The worst thing that happened is they once filled my everyday mental health Rx with an antibiotic that I'm ALLERGIC to. It is the only medication I'm allergic to, it's in my charts, and I accidentally took it for over ten days, twice a day, before realizing why I was feeling so terrible. I'm sure this happened because staff are overworked, but they are lucky this mistake didn't do anything worse than make me sick, and that I'm not particularly litigious. It shattered my trust in them completely.
2) They never answer the phone anymore. I used to be able to call and relay important prescription or insurance info, but I once recently stayed on hold for 45 minutes before just giving up. I've had doctor's offices tell me they could not reach the pharmacy at all; they had to fax information because there was no one manning the phone. Once I was standing in line and could hear the phone just ringing, and ringing, and ringing.
Both of these problems came to a head because I moved out of the country. There is a prescription filled here which I haven't tried to pick up in four months. The CVS app and website do not work outside the USA. I have tried calling multiple times and they don't pick up. I genuinely would like to stop getting emails about this stupid Rx from the place that poisoned me but apparently that's impossible.
I want to end this by saying that I don't think the pharmacist or the technicians are strictly at fault for this situation. It's obvious CVS as a company is treating them poorly and not hiring enough people to do a SAFE and effective job. That being said, I can't recommend anyone rely on this location for their pharmacy needs.

Pharmacy was not busy at all. Came in since they advertise that walk-ins are welcome for covid/flu shots. Lady at the counter rudely said no walks in... went somewhere else that was actually busy and they took us in.

Long lines, longer to fill prescriptions, overwhelmed staff. Terrible experience almost every time. Go elsewhere.

I would try to avoid this store if you can. It's not clean and the customer service is nonexistent.

The slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to, in my whole life, on multiple occasions. The line is always way down the aisle.

Pharmacy kiosks broke down. Rather than try to fix the situation, the pharmacists kept ignoring the problem and chose instead to yell at the store employee that was trying to help them and then berated the employee in front of customers behind that employees back. Pharmacy staff need training in how to treat their coworkers as they are lacking basic human decency and etiquette. Totally unprofessional pharmacy staff.
