Great pharmacy clerk, but really antiquated systems, takes forever to pick up a refill prescription. Clerk was running 3 terminals in parallel to keep up with the customer queue, she's super hard working, but needs better support from corporate IT

I've picked up prescriptions here twice now, and both times I was incredibly impressed. Even with different pharmacists on duty, the service was consistently efficient and helpful. They clearly work extra hard to serve customers as quickly as possible, and it really feels like they value your time. The first time was Bianca, and unfortunately I didn't catch the pharmacist's name the second time.
During my last visit, I also took their suggestion to get a couple of vaccines. Eva administered them, and it was genuinely quick and painless – in every sense of the word! It's such a relief to not have to worry about getting sick this year. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

I went to get a vaccine 1.5 hours before it closes and the attending said they don't have time.
Yes of course they were not super free but I was willing to wait and they just didn't accommodate for that. Said I should get appointment instead but I needed it urgently. Very uncool.

Big shout out to the pharmacists Bianca and Tram! I was there right before they closed to get some prescriptions for my kid who had been in pain, they expedited the order, and got me the medicine in no time, I truly appreciate their kind and fast service!

Incompetent staff and unwilling to find a solution. Refused to speak to the manufacturer representative who was on the phone that could provide the solution and instead wanted to help the next person in line.

Always an extremely long line. Have filled the incorrect amount of my prescription multiple times. Have not been on top of my insurance and missed the refill date, despite it being on automatic refills, resulting in horrible side effects. Extremely short staffed and negligent pharmacy.

This pharmacy is very messed up and unprofessional. Every time they tell me they didn't receive my doctor's prescription and try to turn me away. But only when I insisted, they check again and confront with me to realize that it was actually them that messed things up. It takes such much effort to get my own prescription from this place.
Also the wait time is insane. Prepare 1 hour each time you come by.
Avoid.

When I run into problems with an order the staff is unable to effectively communicate and help sort it out. I talk to insurance, RNs, other pharmacists and they are very clear why a claim might be denied or a product not available etc and tell me specific questions to ask the pharmacist. When I relay them to staff here they get defensive and angry and say don't tell them how to do their job.

Impossible to talk to a pharmacist, they make you get to the prompt and then put you on hold and never pick up
