Would be 5 if they would deliver ALL of my meds, I am diabetic and don't have a car and even though they are only 5 minutes away, they say they cannot deliver refrigerated meds(insulin), even though they have done it before.

I am writing to commend the outstanding service I received from my pharmacist Maggie at CVS at Target, Mountain View. She always answered my questions about prescribed medications, ensuring I understand the dosage, potential side effects, and how to manage them. She is always friendly and approachable. Several times, she called my doctor to resolve a prescription issue quickly, saving me a lot of stress and ensuring I didn't miss a dose. I feel confident and secure knowing that my pharmacist always supports my health care needs. She truly cares about her patients. Dear Maggie, thank you, for your exceptional service and dedication.

The stuff service I encountered was very good. Even when I was coughing, they patted me on the shoulder and hoped that I would get better soon. It was very heart-warming. He also told me how to take the medicine.

Avoid CVS pharmacy. They will never pick up the phone. Your order won't be ready even when they text you that it is. They will lose your prescriptions. They will transfer your prescription to other stores without any notice or warning. Every time I'm there theres a massive line of confused people because of the above issues.

Unprofessional staff! I came to pick up some medicines and the staff rushed me out. They didn’t even let me check what I have in my prescription. Moreover, they forgot to refill one of my prescription. Avoid if possible.

Very unhelpful, do not care about the customers or patients at all. Have had multiple bad experiences from getting my medications to getting a vaccine at this place. Kind of made my switch from cvs altogether.

never opens on time, always close early. Went on a Friday at 5:20, they were already closed without any notice..

CVS says they have walk in flu shots but when I called the lady at the pharmacy said you can't walk in, and she also said you have to book online (the people in the CVS store will not or cannot book an appt for you, or even tell you if they have availability). There was no availability online.
