Delicious and vegetarian, what a great find! To top it off, service was incredible and so refreshing to have wonderful customer service. There was a bit of mix-up with my order but she sorted it out and they were both was quite friendly. I got the veggie duck and the black pepper chicken chow mein. Serving size and prices, no complaints at all. I had leftovers for another meal or two. Delicious and flavorful no doubt! Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

The entire menu is VEGAN! and the food is incredible! You have to come and try it. It is worth it.......Robert and Alice Liang are the owners and they are very special, wonderful people. They have devoted their lives to provide this community with a healthy, compassionate and delicious food service free of animal ingredients and cruelty.
The food is just out of this world!

I grew up coming to the are to visit family and remember being taken here and being shocked I wasn't eating meat. I have now been vegan for about 8 years and I plan to come out soon to visit, this place was seriously amazing and I think about it all the time!!!!

My mother had a prcedure done at Stanford and we were starving after. We just needed a quick place to pop in and eat. Garden Fresh was PERFECT! Atmosphere is casual, quick dining. The staff is friendly and the food is AMAZING!Wheelchair accessibility: My mother has a walker and there was plenty of room for it.

Owners are wonderful caring folks who make AWESOME, yummy food. Fresh scallion pancakes, fresh basil tempura gobo are my current favorites. My son loves the kung pao gobo. My daughter loves the steamed buns. The spring rolls are yummy. My husband loves the “duck”. Flavored pop, everything is well balanced and fresh. Yum.

Garden Fresh in Mountain View is excellent. The owner is friendly and attentive. The food is delicious. I have never had a meal there that was not excellent. We make the drive from Santa Cruz because there is nothing near us like this restaurant. Originally she was located in Palo Alto but had to lease that to a person who was awful and didn't even know his own menu.That Palo Alto location is now permanently closed, no surprise to me.It's all vegan, so don't let the meaty names of the dishes fool you.I highly recommend this restaurant for vegans and non-vegans. The food is that good. We like: veggie duck, tempura gobo, kung pao gobo, beef and broccoli, but everything is delicious. Gobo is burdick root. It is cooked so well and is very meat-like in the chewing experience. I recommend it highly. Other dishes are made from mushroom which also is a very meaty experience. There is soy as well which is also delicious and somewhat varied in texture.I would not go to this restaurant for the atmosphere, but it is a fine cozy cafeteria-type setting. Just don't expect anything fancy atmosphere-wise.
