Joe is a good guy. He always takes good care of me when I first met him. I live next to GNC on Coleman in Santa Clara/San Jose and I don’t even go there. I come to this location because of Joe. Highly recommended this GNC location and ask for Joe to help you out.

The shop consultant William, Sam and store manager Joe are very patient and very helpful!The product here has the most recent production date. I don’t like purchasing online because GNC online used to ship me product that will expire in 3 months!Coming to the store is great. I can get fresher product that lasts longer. Also very clean store. Very nice location. Very helpful employees.Highly recommended to everyone

I've been to this location 3 times and 2 out of those times the system was down. Inconvenience at its best. The staff is nice but it's no wonder gnc is going out of business. Vitamins shoppe will be my new go to!

Overpriced!!! Customer service is not good it look like they do not wish to have sale at all . Bottle of pills I wish to buy Walmart sell for $ 14.99 you can get it here for almost $29 . I wish to get with bottle of zinc but unfortunately no cooperation. They refused to match the price even on internet was same bottle for $12.

This place says it is open until 9pm, I am here at 7:14pm and it is CLOSED. Change your hours of operation online so people are not wasting their time driving all the way out here (Sunnyvale) to a closed shop that is suppose to be open.

You know the times that I have been there I always have been pushed to "hey I do personal training on the side get my cell number", so annoying.
Yesterday Christian D helped us and was honest and straight forward which we appreciated. No forcing us to try anything we don't like. Just great customer service. Thank you.

The first time I was here the manager was talking trash on one of the employees so loudly that it was pretty obnoxious, so I just left. The second time I came it was within the business hours listed and she told me that they weren't taking transactions because they were cleaning. I drove out of my way to go here, and regret it both times.
