This was my first time at Great Clips, and it exceeded my expectations! Mary was wonderful: efficient, professional, and lovely to speak with. It was such a an easy and pleasant process and I will definitely be back.

They dont listen to your requests, cut me way shorter then I had asked, wore a hat for a month.

I went in to get my son and daughter's hair cuts. My daughter's haircut was done fine. However my son's was a hack job. The hair dresser first gave him a number 1. When he wanted to go shorter she got angry and said this another haircut. She then decided to do a complete shave of the back and side of his head. At the very beginning we had showed her what sort of fade he wanted. She completely disregarded it and went crazy shaving. She was rude and disrespectful. I don't understand why salon owners/workers cant have common courtesy. She also nicked his ear with the clippers. It was bleeding. She did not apologize. I was so upset at the outcome i was crying. I know its hair, it'll grow. But till then he's going to be wearing a hat. Do not risk your kid's hair and ears here.

Completely butchered the (simple kids’) haircut. When I pointed it out I got a “yes sorry” and a weak attempt at fixing it which made it worse. We won’t return. On the plus saline it was clean and service was fast.

No wait, but it's dirty, terrible cut and you'll itch afterwards because they leave half a bottle of shampoo in your hair without rinsing. She used combs and scissors with wet hair still on them from the last person on me. I came home and immediately took a shower because this is how a person can get lice from a haircut.
