I highly recommend this Hyatt Hotel. The interior of the hotel is very new. It is located in the Silicon Valley area. It is about half an hour's drive from the airport and not far from major factories. The hotel is in a community and the surrounding environment is very good. There are Western, Chinese and Japanese food. There are many restaurants for Korean food, Vietnamese food, and four large supermarkets nearby, making life functions very convenient.

The Hyatt was a nice hotel. We were there as a group for business and you'd have thought they might offer some sort of discount for our number. All in all, it was pricey, eh service, nice rooms.

Service was awesome. Rooms were perfect. Location was great. Gave 4 stars just for the fact that EVERY elliptical machine in the workout room did not work. I know it's weird but we choose hotels by the workout room quite often. So that was a little disappointing. Was a very nice place though.

The Hyatt Centric Mountain View has become our go-to hotel in Silicon Valley. The hotel is modern, well run and has a great location near transportation, restaurants and retail. Their restaurant, Fairchild's, is excellent for breakfast and dinner. The rooms are very modern and up to date and the front desk is exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The general manager is always present and checks on guests' experience to be sure they are pleased. Best run hotel in the Valley! The entire team is professional and helpful.

Hands down THE best hotel in the Bay Area ( been to more than 20 at least) located in the heart of Mountain View plaza with lots of restaurants and stores so many food options, Beautiful modern design, quiet rooms, comfy beds, super friendly staff, great breakfast, easy parking too and just really overall excellent. This Place has been my first choice every time I was in the area this past year and it never disappoints.Rooms: Specious and cleanNearby activities: Restaurants and shopping

Room is clean. Front desk is nice.There are six coffee capsules but all of them are decaf light roast.Very, very poor soundproof room. People above us walked hard and it feels like someone knocked on your head.And Hyatt Centric changed $20 for parking overnight even you are the hotel guest.

We had a wonderful time staying here!Hotel is very new, modern and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Great location. Staff on the reception desk are the best - always so friendly, kind and helpful. The pool area is relaxing.If we had to be picky - the wooden flooring means you can hear heavy footsteps at night (even with earplugs). And we were offered daily housekeeping and had to ask reception when it was coming both days. Very minor issues though.Definitely would return!

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Centric in Mountain View for a business trip, and I had an absolutely awful experience that I feel compelled to share. Prior to my stay, a coworker had warned me about a phone theft incident at this hotel, so I took extra precautions to safeguard my belongings. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to protect my Airpods Pro.One day during my stay, I accidentally left my Airpods Pro charging on the nightstand when I left my room. The only day my room was cleaned was that particular day, and when I returned late at night, my Airpods were mysteriously missing.I immediately reported the theft to the hotel lobby, but their response was abysmal. They promised that the hotel manager would contact me the next day but left me hanging until well after 7pm. When the manager finally called, they claimed that no one had entered my room. This was an outright lie because my room had clearly been cleaned and organized.The hotel staff then changed their story, saying that only the cleaning staff had entered my room. When I confronted them with the inconsistency, they claimed to have conducted thorough investigations, including checking staff lockers, but found nothing. It's astonishing how they could conduct such investigations within 30 minutes when they initially denied anyone had entered my room.To make matters worse, the hotel staff washed their hands of the situation, stating that they weren't responsible and refused to offer any assistance. They even suggested involving the police if I wanted to proceed. This utter lack of responsibility and assistance from the hotel is inexcusable.My experience at the Hyatt Centric in Mountain View was marred by theft, dishonesty, and a complete disregard for customer well-being. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice before risking their belongings and having to deal with such terrible customer service.

We have been staying here for the past 2 weeks of what will be almost 2.5 weeks because of some house repair.First the rooms - beds are comfortable. Certainly not at par with say the heavenly beds of Westin but overall the rooms and beds are comfortable. It does take a while for the rooms to cool but once you manage it, it's great. The rooms are very modern given how new it is.The location is amazing. Safeway and Trader Joe's are all within a 2 minute walk - at most and everything is right there. There is a movie theater about a minute way from there too. Honestly, can't beat the location of this hotel - it is spectacular.The service is amazing! The restaurant staff is super friendly and cordial. The hotel general manager is super nice and super helpful and one of the front desk person, JB, is honestly the role model for how service should be done - such a lost art here in the US and JB is absolutely spectacular. We have felt so welcome here the entire stay. If I could give 6 stars for this, I would.Other stuff - gym is really really nice and often not crowded at all. A really nice bonus to the overall stay.We have been enjoying our stay here.

The Hyatt Centric Mountain View was an awesome stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant Fairchilds Public House is on site and has very delicious fair priced food and drinks. The overall atmosphere is family friendly, couple friendly, and individual traveler friendly. During our stay there was a pool side music DJ and food. Definitely recommend this place.Safety: The area has very calm and safe atmosphere.Walkability: Movie theater, restaurants, and shopping stores all within walking distance.Food & drinks: The dinner at Fairchilds Public House was delicious and fair priced.

I stayed here for a little bit shy of a week. Food was OK by ok I mean very inconsistent you do have to pick it up from the bar as there is no room service be prepared for that. I would also bring cash for food at the bar I found the tip amount changed with 3 of my orders. Servers some were great as you would expect others not so much maybe need more training or moved to a different department. What’s made up for the inconsistencies in service was my room a stayed in a suite great size, private, comfy bed and pillows. I would say stay here for the suite/ rooms not for the expectation of great service or amenities. Last note jacuzzi was always cold I had to call to have it warmed pool was even colder which I don’t mind for a pool but jacuzzi. Overall nice place but missing in the service dept.

Stayed here with some out of town friends that were here for a concert. Everyone from the front desk, to the maintenance man, to the maids were so nice. The room was nice. We had some trouble with our fridge not working but they fixed it right away. The AC wasn’t as cold as we would have liked. The one thing that I didn’t really like is that because there are hardwood floors, you can hear everyone walking. The people staying above us walked hard and were SO loud and woke up early every day and would wake us up. But besides that everything was good. Location is great because there are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby
