Very kind and professional staff. I highly recommend this facility! Rental rates aren't a bargain but def. competitive: this is smack dab in the heart of Sili Valley, after all. Pretty much Ground Zero one could say and ain't nothing cheap hereabouts. North a few miles is Meta hq, south is Apple and right across the freeway is Alphabet oh joy. Ask about a move-in discount for the initial month or so. They are dog-friendly lol...

Courteous, friendly, efficient managers Alysha and Greg. The facility is clean and safe. The rental rates are competitive, though no walk in the park--but hey it's Sili Valley--right in the heart (if it has one). Gate hours 7am to 7pm 365 days access without fail. My advice is to steer clear of that Public Storage outfit, that's for darn sure. Trust me on that. Independence is happy to help you and doesn't toss any curve balls à la PS.
