I love this place! They have a beautiful garden in the back that I meditate in every week and it is so peaceful! Thank you for letting me continue my spiritual journey in a lovely place!

I come here every now and then and it's always a great experience whenever I come over. The people are really friendly and give me a better understanding on Buddhism. I try and help out by cleaning with them every Saturday. Saturdays are best for beginners. Their website has more information about that.

From Kannon Do Zen Meditation Center
Kannon Do brings the spiritual practice of Soto Zen Buddhism to the Peninsula and South Bay. Our mission is to provide a welcoming environment for individuals to explore Zen practice as well as to encourage a spiritual worldview that will bring balance to the distractions and demands of life in the modern world.
Our purpose is twofold: to provide the opportunity for individuals to explore the spiritual dimension of life; and to bring balance to busy lives faced with constant distractions, work and family pressures, and demanding deadlines.
Primary activities include meditation, exploration of Buddhist teachings, and discovering ways that Zen practice can be expressed in the activities of daily life.
