The wait here is forever. I came in around 8am on Tuesday. Have been waiting for an hour and am still not seen. There’s only one phlebotomist working.
Avoid this place if you can.

Update: just came back 5 months later and had a good experience again.
Quick experience without an appointment and a nice technician.

Even with an appointment, I have waited over 30 mins here. There is one employee at the desk who also draws the blood. His mask is down around his chin which is not acceptable given the current mark mandate for healthcare facilities. . The computer system also always seems to be down. I wish I had a better choice for labs. Quest is also dysfunctional unfortunately

This is a terrible lab - disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful of client time. They close from 12-1 PM for lunch, but please be advised that the actual closing time is around 11:45AM. Yup, it's run by a bunch of hacks who have the same work ethic as low wage fast food workers...sorry, just keeping it real! Basically the folks employed at this location hate their job, and it shows with how they treat customers and their responsibilities. I would stay away, if you value your time and health!!

I was a little hesitant to go to this place because of all the unfavorable reviews. I didn't have an appointment but got there a little after they opened at 7:00 am. I was the first person there. The front desk person was also the one who drew the blood. She was very professional in taking in all the information and made sure she had all the paperwork before calling me in to draw my blood. She explained what she was going to do and only poked once and did not hurt at all. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely go back again.

I had a very lucky day today. When I went to LabCorp, there was only one staff member, but no wait time, and his service was excellent - very friendly and patient. Moreover, he was highly skilled, the blood draw was painless, and my experience was very good. I only found out his name was Emmanuel at the end. He said he's usually in San Francisco, and he was only here today. I think he's fantastic!

Dumb place rudely refused walk-in blood test even though doctor said I can, contributed to me scratching my car and wasted me 3hr in total to get a simple blood test done. Not able to have breakfast until 11AM

Unethical money making tactics at play.Check your insurance if the tests are covered. They claim that their system doesn't tell which tests are covered by insurance but they accept all insurance. It's a very ambitious and bizarre situation. Basically you may end up owning a lot of money for no reason which you could have saved by going to a different lab in the first place.

I had blood drawn on 2/7/23 at 25 Hospital drive, MTV.
It was fast and the nurse was nice but she should not be drawing blood. She shoved the needle so far up my vein, I was sure that she poked it from the other side. She held the needle straight while my vain curves at the elbow.
Sure enough, as soon as I left and started driving, I felt the throbbing pain. I had to unwrap my bandage in the car to make room for the swelling that was occurring.
I have great veins, very easy to find. All nurses comment on how good my veins are for drawing blood. I hate to see what she does to people that have veins that are hard to find.
