Even with an appointment, I have waited over 30 mins here. There is one employee at the desk who also draws the blood. His mask is down around his chin which is not acceptable given the current mark mandate for healthcare facilities. . The computer system also always seems to be down. I wish I had a better choice for labs. Quest is also dysfunctional unfortunately

This is a terrible lab - disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful of client time. They close from 12-1 PM for lunch, but please be advised that the actual closing time is around 11:45AM. Yup, it's run by a bunch of hacks who have the same work ethic as low wage fast food workers...sorry, just keeping it real! Basically the folks employed at this location hate their job, and it shows with how they treat customers and their responsibilities. I would stay away, if you value your time and health!!

I was a little hesitant to go to this place because of all the unfavorable reviews. I didn't have an appointment but got there a little after they opened at 7:00 am. I was the first person there. The front desk person was also the one who drew the blood. She was very professional in taking in all the information and made sure she had all the paperwork before calling me in to draw my blood. She explained what she was going to do and only poked once and did not hurt at all. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely go back again.

I had a very lucky day today. When I went to LabCorp, there was only one staff member, but no wait time, and his service was excellent - very friendly and patient. Moreover, he was highly skilled, the blood draw was painless, and my experience was very good. I only found out his name was Emmanuel at the end. He said he's usually in San Francisco, and he was only here today. I think he's fantastic!

Dumb place rudely refused walk-in blood test even though doctor said I can, contributed to me scratching my car and wasted me 3hr in total to get a simple blood test done. Not able to have breakfast until 11AM

Unethical money making tactics at play.Check your insurance if the tests are covered. They claim that their system doesn't tell which tests are covered by insurance but they accept all insurance. It's a very ambitious and bizarre situation. Basically you may end up owning a lot of money for no reason which you could have saved by going to a different lab in the first place.

Technician does NOT know how to do a simple blood draw. Attached photo of my arm the day after (still painful and HUGE hematoma all around needle spot).

Arrived at 9am without an appointment, waited about 45min before getting my blood drawn. The blood draw itself was extremely quick and as painless as can be. It was very busy, almost a full waiting room, and even those with appointments were seen about 15min behind schedule. That being said, things were orderly and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Those with appointments get priority, so book ahead if you don't want to wait as long. For check in, sign in at the self check in (you need your insurance card and maybe driver's license), then wait for a while for your name to be called to finish processing your paperwork (this is where you provide your lab order form if you have it, and a form of payment, in case your insurance doesn't cover it all). This was my experience at least.

Had a good experience. Tried to check into the tablet as a walkin but the iOS? (saw a Mac icon) app threw an undercoverable error. The staff rebooted it twice but the app threw other errors that couldn't be fixed, so I signed in to a sheet and the staff processed my lab order.I think I waited about 45 minutes until the appts were processed and they were able to take me. The blood draw was fast and painless! That might have been the most painless blood draw I've ever had. They had at least two people on staff the day I went, and LabCorp does not seem to have reception staff - the lady who did my blood draw also handled people checking in.If you can't get an appointment, I overheard them saying that it's usually best to go early as there are fewer people earlier in the day. It sounds like everyone is understaffed at the moment, but the staff seemed to handle people as quickly as they could. Keep in mind that they close for lunch.

I show up at 11:25 thinking I had enough time to get a blood draw before their noon lunch. As soon as I walk up to the desk the woman put up the off for lunch sign and says she needs 30 minutes to prep for a noon-1 lunch. If that is the case then the website and all signage should state 11:30-1 is the lunch break.

absolutely seamless experience. The nurse was extremely warm and caring. Not stabbing or poking around for nerves.

Your doctor's office may tell you that you don't need an appointment to get labwork done here, but unless you have at least an hour to waste waiting, you do NEED AN APPOINTMENT. I waited 5-10 minutes in the waiting room, no one even bothered to check me in, although someone came out calling in patients who had appointments. I finally went on Labcorp's website and made an appointment (first available was in about a week, over in Cupertino). We'll see how that goes.

We went here for our one-year-old routine blood draw, and they did a great job. Vicky from the front desk helped hold my son’s arm while I hugged him, and the phlebotomist got his vein on the first poke. Friendly service and a good experience!
