Miss Priscilla is the best. Our son is very shy in the class but she can come over and make him feel safe and comfortable. Excellent facilities, clean and the energy by Miss Priscilla is always welcoming. Would highly highly recommend to anyone looking for an afternoon activity for their children.

Ms. Priscilla is the best! She is so energetic and I am amazed at how she remembers all the kids’ names and engages with them individually throughout class. My son loves attending his class!

My kid was at The Little Gym of Mountain View for around six months. At first, it seemed good – my son loved it, and the teachers rocked. But then, in my kid's last class, a heavy wall clock fell dangerously close to my son. Thankfully, he wasn’t hurt. However, things could have turned out much worse.I had previously overlooked the older equipment in the gym because the teaching was great. But nothing matters if safety isn’t a top priority in this place.

Love all the teachers at TLG mountain view. The baby classes are so fun and the birthday parties definitely cater to each age and theme. Love love love! My baby will be a TLG girl until she ages out!

Generally good - until a particular staff member rudely asked me to pay for a class we didn't attend. Apparently there was a mixup/misunderstanding about which class we wanted to trial - which would have been totally fine if there hadn't been a real heavy dose of negative and condescending attitude. Can't recall ever being treated by someone in a customer service role that poorly - as if I were an idiot or trying to swindle them out of money. Another negative review refers to the same person so at least I know it wasn't just me.If the point is that tuition for a trial class is non-refundable, they should charge up front at time of booking, confirm the right date, and communicate that it's non-refundable.I then tried to get in touch with Little Gym corporate to discuss/report my experience. They just told me to go to the website and left it at that...If we attend Little Gym again at all we'll be going to a different location - I do not want to be in that kind of environment myself, much less for my kids. It's a shame because we would have attended their camps and signed up for a class. Other than this one staff member, all the instructors and everyone else I interacted with was fine.

Highly recommend Little Gym! Teachers are great and my son always looks forward to coming to see Mr.Nick. There’s a good balance between structure and free play, especially at a young toddler age when kids are eager to explore. I’ve seen my son’s confidence grow with his physical skills. Mr. Nick has a gentle approach with the kids. He demonstrates skills well and helps as needed but doesn’t push the kids to try skills if they are uncomfortable. My son appreciated this as he often preferred to observe for awhile and then try new skills or equipment. Little Gym is a lot of fun!

Teachers are super patient, and while the groups are sometimes large, they manage to give each student the personal attention they need in order to improve personal skills. All this in a fun and non competitive environment.

Just had our daughter's 3rd bday here today. All the staff here were amazing, super helpful. From the time of booking to the day of the event, they were very professional, and efficient. We didn't have to do much today, the staff took care of decoration (that we supplied), table set up, down to clean up. The younger siblings of our guests (1, 1.5 yo ish) were also able to enjoy the gym, and participated in the activities. If you have kids under 5-6, def consider this place, the kids were well entertained by the 2 coordinators, and us parents enjoyed minimal distraction chit chat for most of the party.

My 4 year old child definitely needs extra nurturing, encouragement, and often, clarification of tasks. This Little Gym is a perfect fit for her. Different from other experiences I have had, instructors are very encouraging, caring, hands on, and observant. At the previous gym we were going to, my child was often either feeling left out or getting left out because she wasn’t sure what she was supposed to be doing. It didn’t seem like there was much help. Here at the little gym it is the polar opposite. If you are looking for a really great, nurturing place for your younger child, I highly recommend little gym!

Ms Priscilla is awesome. My little one loves to try and explore with her, and always has fun there. And all the staff and teachers there are friendly, nice to kids and very patient.

We've attended the wonder kids class for nearly half a year now. My son really enjoyed going to class, and Miss Nelsy has been a great teacher to him. So, it is a great class overall, except for one major issue -- there is a kid that is very physically aggressive towards other kids. I have seen him push/pull/pinch/bully my son on numerous occasions, unprovoked, and his aggression seems to have gotten worst lately. When I brought this up with Priscilla (the director) and Nelsy, they told me that he has been doing this with other kids as well. Priscilla said they will start implementing time-outs immediately because in the past, they have just told him to apologize, and there were no consequences.Well, I was in class observing the other day, and this kid threw an object at another kid, unprovoked again. Nelsy wanted to do time-out, but Priscilla intervened and said no time-out. To my shock and dismay, she said time-outs won't work and that she'll try to play with him. She then proceeded to chat with him about what kind of ice cream he wanted. So, not only are there no consequences for his bad behavior but he gets rewarded by getting special attention from a teacher to play with him?! What kind of message is Priscilla sending to this kid? No wonder he is getting more aggressive. Needless to say, after witnessing how she handled the situation, I canceled the class immediately. It has been incredibly stressful, and it's just not worth it to endanger my son. If any kids get hurt, Priscilla needs to be held accountable.

Nick the guy working the front desk always has a rude attitude. I ask him questions on the phone and in person and he always acts so upset having to answer any question. He has no customer service skills what so ever. I've asked him a question in person and he answered it without even checking the computer first. Regardless if he "already knows" the answer he should be double checking the computer. I was in the room while he was training these two young girls and I overheard him talking rudely about parents and mimicking things parents ask him.

This place was very clean and the staff was very welcoming! The COVID protocols were very good and thoughtful to protect the kids.
