Best buy is ramping up its offering and bringing in good brands to its Magnolia center. Trying to convince the staff to let you listen even though you're in the market for these brands is next to impossible. Staff can't be bothered to switch an amp for comparison despite being the only customer in the center.

There's not too many places you can go to to experience home sound systems nowadays, it's not something you can experience through the internet, and so many older chain stores, including Fry's are gone now, but Best Buy/Magnolia was a pleasant find for in store shopping and consultation. The Sales people are very helpful and their free in home consulting is worth the time. The sales people we've met at various stores are pretty good, Jeff, in particular in the El Camino office is an excellent source of information and suggestions on how to set up a home audio system, speaker recommendations and home network in general. He's patient and has even provide answers to our question on off hours when we were in a hurry to evaluate components for a home remodel during the "after stucco and before and during drywall stage" which can be a crunch time in a remodeling/addition project when wiring for audio systems can be done more easily. We appreciate their service in helping us make decisions for which components to buy and how to wire for a system we needed.

Codey Borges the Asst Manager in the Magnolia section is super helpful and patient. He happily helped me though a really challenging receiver selection and previously had given me advice on a projector, even when it was clear I was heading for a model they did not carry

I had a great experience with Magnolia at Best Buy with Daniel Reikko. I was looking to get a brand new 4K Ultra HD TV and was unsure what to choose. With Daniel's help and advice, I was able to compare different setups at the Magnolia design center. After picking out the TV of my choice, Daniel was also able to help me choose a TV stand and a good sound bar to go along with my new TV. Daniel went above and beyond with his expertise and customer service and made sure I was happy with what I had purchased. He stayed in constant contact with me from the time I purchased the products and until after I got the TV and sound bar hooked up. He made sure everything was installed correctly and offered to help troubleshoot any problems that I might have during installation.

They have the worst customer service, and have given me the worst shopping/purchase experience I have ever gone through. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Craig Pomin is the worst sales rep. He sold me a TV that doesn't work, and avoids my emails, calls, and texts trying to get this fixed. It has been a month, and he refuses to help. His "manager" Gary Ortega, is equally as bad. He offered to help a week ago, and has been ignoring my calls, emails, and texts as well. Again, DO NOT BUY from Here, and if for some reason you absolutely have to, don't work with Craig or Gary!!!

Outstanding service. Magnolia in general is not too bad but this store is consistently high performing when it comes to service. On a TV purchase recently, we worked with Codey and Daniel (Magnolia) and Jonathan (BB) who were very courteous and dedicated to help us complete a very complex return and re-purchase. Daniel was very helpful in stating the options and helping us get exposed to ones we had not considered before. Codey was simply phenomenal in his depth of product knowledge and his ability to answer very specific and detailed questions that helped make our shopping decision much easier. Finally, Codey and Jonathan stayed up well past closing time to help us complete the paperwork. Very impressed by the professionalism and customer orientation from these guys. You might see the occasional good service rep, but you don't get 3 in a row unless you're at a well run store.

I bought a new home heater system for my living room and had magnolia install and set it up. The system came out amazing and there customer service was excellent. I will be definitely going back to magnolia for any of my home theater needs! Thanks Magnolia!

I was ready to update my current Home theater setup. I walked in, Austin walked me into one of the demo rooms. I was blown away with the quality of the speakers. I now own a great Definitive Technology sound bar. Definitely recommend!
