5 days ago, I moved into a nice studio apartment. The grounds were clean and secure. The staff members, Daysy, Dan. Betina, and TJ were all very friendly helpful ,and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to lounging by the pool and grilling some great meals on the large gas grills in the pool area. Im very glad my dog likes it here too.

Dan and Betina are extremely nice, maintenance always does a great job at fixing everything I need. Really nice and friendly community and never too noisy. Definitely recommend!

lived here for 1 year several years ago. very good location, got its own pool and everything. living room is hardwood floor not carpet so easy to clean. some other aspects are bad: the electronic gate to underground parking is very hard to use. Leasing office not helpful. maintainence person show up in your apartment at random time even though you pick time in tickets already. LOUD noise from trash truck every Thursday or Friday morning. and as mentioned in many other posts, they charge a lot upon move out. Not sure if management team has changed since then, but it was not a pleasant experience when I stayed.

Over the years I've been working for Killroy Pest Control to keep the unit's pest-free. Dan is consistently prompt and organized, always having the keys ready for inspections and services, which ensures that the process runs smoothly.
I also want to give a special shout-out to Betina for her exceptional customer service. She always greets me with a smile and is eager to help when I provide invoices. She also does a fantastic job following up with residents to ensure they're prepared for treatments when necessary.

Dan is polite, capable and efficient. Every issue I have had since I have started renting my apartment Dan and sorted out very quickly.

Betina and Jizel at the leasing office are great at helping deal with difficult issues, and the community is very quick to respond to and address maintenance requests. It’s safe, located well, and the one year I’ve spent living here has been a great experience!

The Duplex is looking great, clean and staff is friendly. Dan is quick and responsive when we need some appliance help. The parking has gotten a lot better especially the safety. The rooms are nice and spacious I enjoy the extra digital washer and dryer la happy I don't need to get quarters as it's upgraded to "washconnect" lastly, the duplex is close near by almost everything shoreline, Castro and delicious restaurants.
