The staff is amazing, but they could use a wider variety of balloons, a helium tank, and more staff to assist customers. The prices are overall good.

The choose of sewing supplies was quite poor unfortunately, for instance, they don't carry ribbing (online only). One of the shop assistants was extremely rude - I regretted asking her something. Another girl came up to me and asked if I needed help looking for anything, and was really nice!
