My kids have been at Kindercare for over a year. The teachers at kindercare create a very happy environmental for them. All the teachers are friendly and caring, we have Ms Brie, Ms Ilyn, Ms Dany, Ms Noey, Ms Maria, Ms Ghadir, Ms Teresa, Ms Sharon, Ms Amy, Ms Jasmine. They are excited to see their teachers and their friends every morning. And even on days when drop-off is rough, the teachers handle it with kindness and love.

I regretted sending my child to this daycare, even though it was only for a few months. From what I observed, no one seemed genuinely happy there. I had serious doubts about whether they truly cared about the children’s well-being—emotionally, physically, or in terms of cleanliness.

My wife and I are so grateful for the Mountain View KinderCare. Our son has been in their preschool classroom for the last 6 months. The hours are super convenient allowing both before school and after school care. They also provide all healthy meals that their wonderful cook makes each day saving this dad and mom tons of time not needing to worry about bringing food. The staff is always available to answer questions and talk about my son's progress. He was not potty trained when he first started but with the support of his teachers, they quickly had him in underwear and most days he is accident free now. I was excited last week when we were driving in the car and at a red light my son started telling me about the letters on the building signs. Our son has learned all his alphabet letters and sounds. He is currently learning to write his name. We were considering putting him in the public TK system this fall. But after weighing the cost and huge waitlist for before and after school care (the cost is a lot too) along with the ratios in public TK. We know that the care and one on one attention he receives at the Mountain View KinderCare is way above quality of care he would receive at the public TK. We are extremely grateful for Mountain View KinderCare for being a second home for our family.

My company's backup care assigned my son to this preschool for a day. As it was an unfamiliar place for him, he was feeling quite unsettled and hesitant. I was deeply concerned when I arrived for pickup to find him being punished by staff – made to sit on a bench because he was upset and didn't want to put on his shoes. Instead of a gentle approach to his distress, I saw him being handled roughly and placed heavily onto an iron bench while he was crying. He later shared that the teacher had been very angry with him.
Beyond this upsetting incident, the preschool environment was very disorganized, with children of different ages mixed together and no distinct areas.
Shortly after this experience, my son became very ill with severe Influenza B symptoms.
Based on how my son was treated and the conditions I observed, I strongly caution against sending children here.

During a one-day backup care visit arranged by my company, my son had a very negative experience at this preschool. He was distressed by the unfamiliar setting, and when he resisted wearing shoes, I observed staff punishing him by making him sit alone on a bench while crying. They reportedly handled him roughly instead of offering comfort. He later told me the teacher was very angry.
The facility itself was also messy and chaotic, with mixed age groups and no clear organization.
Post-visit, my son developed a severe case of Influenza B.
I strongly do not recommend this preschool due to the concerning disciplinary methods, environment, and subsequent illness.

Our little one has attended this KinderCare facility for almost 3.5 years. In that time, we’ve seen how there are teachers who deeply care about and genuinely love our little one. Their attention to appropriate developmental curriculum is very much appreciated too. Compared to cousins and family friends who are older than our child, we saw how our child and their KinderCare friends could crawl, walk, talk, color, and were completely potty trained significantly quicker thanks to the attention of this KinderCare team. The hours are also very helpful for guardians who have to work earlier or later hours. I also personally appreciate their attention to culturally inclusive books and activities. Finally, I am grateful that when our child needs special accommodations, the site directors have been creative and knowledgeable in ensuring our child gets the support they need.

My son has gone to this center since he was three months old. The teachers have always shown him love and kindness. He loves going to school everyday and it is hard to get him to leave in the afternoons. The center director is always available for questions and concerns. She knows everything about every child in the center. My son has had a great experience as he aged and moved through all the rooms. We are excited to watch his growth in the prek classroom.

I was touring this daycare and was stunned when I watched a caregiver in one of the toddler care rooms grab a child by the arm and yell at them for taking another child’s food. It was almost enough to make me leave the tour right then and there. I would never in a million years send my child to a place where the teachers are treating such small children like this. I also noticed the facility itself has subpar security. Apparently every family has the same PIN code to get into the main building directly to the children. Additionally the play yard only has a see through wire fence separating it from an entire neighborhood of housing. Someone could easily jump over the fence. The tour altogether made me very sad for the children who have to attend this daycare due to having no better option. If you have the means, avoid this place at all costs. Major red flags all around from me as a mama.

Our daughter began her journey at KinderCare in Mountain View when she was 3 years old. She had an excellent experience for two years until she transitioned to her new kindergarten. The teachers were very patient and caring. She also participated in additional classes such as cooking, STEM, Spanish, and phonics. We also appreciated that this school was open most of the year, unlike many other preschools.The director, Ms. Brie, and the management were always very helpful and supportive, leading this preschool exceptionally well. The kids had a lot of fun there, with many activities, especially during the summer. They had great plans and activities for every day. She had an amazing time!

Wonderful center! Our child has such a strong bond with her teachers across both age groups she has been in here. They do lovely things for the teachers and are ready for questions or advice whenever I've asked. Facility is super nice too, with a huge play yard for the kids to spend time outside.

Kindercare Mountain View is one of the best centers ever. My son started when he was 4 months old in infants with Ms. Jasmine, Ms.Teresa and Ms.Amy. They were very helpful and supportive and took great care of him. They gave me so much feedback on his feeding schedule and development in class so I could get him on a good schedule at home. In transitional toddlers with his teachers Ms. Jay and Ms. Jayde, they helped him so much with his walking by encouraging and helping him practice everyday. Now as I watch him run around the kitchen laughing I am grateful they loved him and helped him grow. He is currently in toddlers with Ms. Cande, Ms.Dani , Ms. Sharon and Ms. Divya . Ever since he started in this room his language skills has started to develop more and he started expressing himself by singing and sign language. Ms. Brie, Ms.Ilyan and Ms. Natalie the office management have been super supportive and helpful with me being a first time mom. Finally I would like to say that this center feels like a family and I could not think of a better place for him to grow.

We are extremely happy with Mountain View's Kindercare. All the staff here is great. The infant class caregivers are the absolute BEST, they are very welcoming, sweet and caring for all the kids. They are pros at keeping them on a schedule, eating, naps and play time. They post regular photos and take the time on pickup to answer all questions and provide updates on how the day went. The center also hosts regular events for families to come together which is really nice. Highly recommended!

My husband and I love this place and the wonderful care team. Our baby girl is now 6 months and has been going to Mountain View Kindercare infant care for about 3 months. She is in such great hands there. Lots of stimulation day in day out. Real-time updates incl. photos, videos etc. which helps a lot with separation anxiety. But what’s most helpful is the warm and knowledgeable care team that taught us so much about being great parents to our baby. I genuinely recommend this place form the bottom of my mom heart :)
