Great customer service!
I love that they have a lot food variations. I got frozen raw food those in the pictures for our 2 🐈 😻 and they loved them. Will surely come back yo get more. Love this place. 😀

I used to buy ziwi here all the time because of buy 3 get 1 free. When they don’t have 4, they always honored 25% off on available stock. Today they said pet food express no longer does that.
I went to the one in Palo Alto, and they had only 3, but honored 25% off. I will go to the Palo Alto one from now on.

Pet Food Express is always staffed by very friendly employees eager to help. They carry a pretty good selection of pet food and supplies as well. Good quality pet food is not cheap, but that’s to be expected, and I would imagine it’s all roughly the same price at other stores as well.

The local one-stop for pet supplies! The employees are always super friendly, helpful, and truly love animals. The whole store feels completely different than the corporate-feel of Petco and PetSmart. Things are a lot more naturally-sourced and healthier. My family’s been going here a long time for all of our pet supplies and will continue to go there.

Up until today's visit, I would have given them 5 stars. But since my last visit, cat food has been reorganized. It used to be organized by type, e.g. Pate. Now I have to look for the small print on each can to buy the right texture. It took me twice as long to shop, and I only bought half as much as usual before I gave up.

Their staff at this location is super helpful and professional. I was trying to find out if the store carries a specific brand for my Rottie. I gave them a call just to double check their inventory before I made my way to the store. Not only did the staff check but also had great customer service and patience with all of my questions over the phone. Thank you for making it easier for my family and I. We are first time pet owners so answering my little questions gave us clarity and comfort. Thank you
