Quite disappointing experience for our cat healthy exam and vaccination. They didn’t measure temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, but just put random numbers on the visitsummary form, how disappointing is that! My cat is 10.2lb, they randomly wrote 12lb. How can I trust if they keep the vaccine appropriately, or vaccinate my cat appropriately!

This isn't my main Petco but I like this store. I visit once/twice a month and they are very helpful. On the occasions I bring my dog, they remember him and treat him like royalty.
