Their website makes it seem like they offer fingerprint scans when they don’t. Also they opened 10 minutes late. Leaving two stars instead of one because in their defense, I should have called ahead to confirm.

I'll just recount the facts surrounding the experience and you can decide for youself.
1. Dropped off a package worth $300 with insurance
2. Lady refuses to give receipt for USPS
3. Package labeled with battery inside (so one can infer its valuable small electronics like a phone)
4. USPS never scanned it, called multiple times and Postal Annex claims they gave it to USPS
5. missing mail search gives no results. Insurance won't pay because USPS never scanned it

Not good for people who have urgent task and limited time. First, it does not open at 9:30am as committed, it opens at 9:45am on 4/3; secondly, it have WiFi problem, I waited there for 40 min, WiFi is not fixed thus can not do the delivery; third, black short hair female staff is not friendly, did not effectively communicate what happened and give right service. I used to very satisfied with postal annex which motivated me to wait for 60 min in total but nothing done, while this experience is so bad.

Very rude and they hung on me while I was still talking to them! They lost my package and blamed me why I didn't check with them sooner. Didn't even offer help in looking for the lost parcel. Agree with another reviewer: suspect they stole the package and being defensive. Avoid this place for good! I'd give a 0 if there is.

Very rude customer service and false advertising. We went here cause we needed passport pictures. It said online and at the front of the store we can do it here. We went inside and asked and lady said “we don’t do that here” and to go to CVS. I asked why don’t you do it here and she said very loudly and rude “CAMERA NOT WORKING”. That’s when I told her she should remove the sign in front.
My recommendation is to not go here ever. Lady was rude. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Chandra and Trinity are beyond amazing! I visited their shop every week for a month and half to ship out books and swag on behalf of my company. They were extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable during each visit. I highly recommend utilizing their services whenever you have shipping needs!! Beyond grateful for each of them. The person who works here is not interested in the customer, she is extremely rude even if you are polite to her, I quote her “Go USPS” so listen up and please take your business to somewhere else.

This is the worst PostalAnnex I have ever used. The story is I was using them as my virtual mailbox, and they lost my returned package 2 times. The Lady there is not really in a good mood or attitude, I am not sure if she is an owner that's why she can treat her customers like that. If you don't like your customer, please go home and don't stay there, remember to hire the one who knows how to be nice. Because of those reasons, I decided to terminate my virtual mailbox with them and rent the mailbox at another location of PostalAnnex. If you are going to use any service from them, I recommend driving further to another PostalAnnex, please never consider this store until they are well-trained to provide good customer service".

Worst place to get a service from. Stay away from here, and go to another place. Worst customer service, very rude and unprofessional workers or maybe they are the owners of this place. Take a look that there are so many negative reviews are there. YOU NEED TO IMPROVE YOUR ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RUN THE BUSINESS!!!
