I had such a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Destiny! She was super helpful, friendly, and made the whole process so easy. I wasn’t sure what size unit I needed, but she took the time to explain everything and helped me find the perfect one. She answered all my questions with patience and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my rental. You can tell she really cares about helping people. Definitely give this location a visit, Destiny is the best!

I recently rented a storage unit at this facility. Being a first-time renter, I did not know what to expect, but the on-site manager Parvin was quite helpful and patient in explaining the details to me. The unit itself is clean and in good condition, and access has been a breeze with the mobile app.

While storage facilities too often end up on the negative comment floor, there's a huge, sunny ray of hope at the Terra Bella / Mountain View, CA. Public Storage. Our company has been long term customers here, at Public Storage. We have had up to three units at any given time. During the 1st quarter of this year, 2025 our company lost a key employee to failing health. Access, gate problems and priority needs to keep afloat during our time of loss put pressures on all of us. To our rescue, enter level headed and knowledgeable Parvin. He is the calm in a storm. I found Parvin mature, very helpful to our cause and sure enough, solved a problem and helped save one of my biggest customers. Management excellence! I cannot recommend a better choice of staff as well. All were friendly, helpful, patient.

I liked the on-line process to rent a Public Storage unit. However, how do you talk to a real person? I did not need the lock that was charged to my account and left in the unit. I went to the office, and no one is there and there are no listed office hours. I called the number on the door, and no one has called me back. Wow, what a difference from years ago. There was a person at the location that you could talk to! And now? Who knows. Making a phone call is fine until no one calls you back! What happened Public Storage!?!

I rented 10*20 feet So 1 first month free only you got to paid $20 lock 🔐 ,fees insurance and etc $60.
Them supposed to be $119 2 second month so I paid for sure, them they said 10 days later I have to pay $418 because the rent is $398 plus insurance Todo $418 and late fee $60 because I don't know.
I called them because I paid everything but they can take off that $60 fee. So I paid and took all my staff to another storage. Sometimes the problem is not the company if no the people is in front of desk and they didn't know how to talk and give a good service. For that reason just only I'm going to give 3 star.
