Dont book if u have some valuable stuff in the room. I had bought some tshirts and kept in my room. I went out and came back and found out they were missing. Not even the manager was there to even listen to grievances. Staff kept on saying manager will come but she didnt. Overall very bad experience and not recommended at all!!

Location was great for the concert venue. Friendly service, room was clean, bed was comfortable, had a fire & microwave and a extra blanket was a plus 😊 Nice Breakfast eggs, sausage, few fruits toast, muffins and juice & coffee if you didnt want to eat inside their was a cute little court yard to eat in. We would stay again.

We had a great stay at the Ramada Inn in Mountain View. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The courtyard was lovely, and the hot breakfast was a nice touch. It's near the highway, so there is some traffic noise, but it didn’t bother us. The hotel is older but has a lot of charm. Would definitely stay again!

The room was great, spacious, with most required stuff.
However the laundry machine requires coin and the counter does not even has the needed ones for me to exchange, so it was frustrating. Furthermore inside the laundry room it says detergent is provided near the counter, but actually there isn't.

Clean rooms. Prices were agreeable.
They need to work on there complementary breakfast. Not worth it. Careful though if you don't put the do not disturb sign on your door they will knock quietly or just open the door without prompts.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The furniture and TV are outdated, but since I only used the room for sleeping, it was fine. There was an incident on Thursday when I arrived at the hotel and found the room door wide open. Fortunately, nothing was missing. I assume the housekeeper forgot to close it.

This was a great little find. Solid morning breakfast and great outdoor dining area. Close to the freeway, so expect some road noise. Would definitely come back again.

I found out the dryer doesn't work after putting my laundry in the washer and had to go to a laundromat. There isn't enough parking. The back of the motel is across from many apartments so it's noisy. I notified the staff but there was already an old sign on the dryer and it was unplugged. The sign was flipped over. This place is more of a motel but ok for the price.

I'll start with the pros:
- very convenient to the highway and lots of silicon valley companies
- very reasonably priced
- rooms felt fairly clean given the cons below
- the staff seemed friendly, though I had minimal interactions
But the cons:
- tons of highway noise
- but that is drowned out by the extremely loud heater (maybe that's a pro?)
- the heater smelled very musty
- the bathroom smelled like sewage (couldn't tell exactly where it was coming from), so I had to keep the door closed when not in use (and tried to limit my time in there)
- when the guest above me was taking a shower, there was a steady stream (not a drip, a literal stream) of water from the ceiling of my bathroom
I think most of this just boils down to the fact that the rooms are very old. At this price point, I'm not sure what I should have expected, but I will definitely be spending a little more next time I visit the area. Attached photo is of a cute baby possum on the hotel grounds.
