Excellent service from pharmacist to pharmacy technician! I have the option to order online but I prefer to come to this pharmacy cause they explain and give me the best service I can have ! Thanks for their dedication!

I went to the Safeway pharmacy for a flu shot after seeing their large “FREE FLU SHOT” sign, but the experience was misleading and disappointing. The sign suggests that anyone can get a free flu shot, but in reality, it’s only “free” if you have an accepted insurance plan. Since I hadn’t received my insurance card yet, I was turned away.
If the flu shot is not truly free for everyone, the advertising should be clearer. Many people might assume it’s a community service rather than an insurance-billed service. I wasted my time coming here, and I imagine others will too. Transparency matters!

Not usually a line. Friendly pharmacists. Had my prescriptions transferred from CVS relatively seamlessly. Problem is the hours are short compared to other pharmacies. They didn’t have the med I transferred but got it in a day.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! I have a prescription that was sent to this pharmacy, I was then told by them that they don’t have the medicine in prescription, and they refuse to help me transfer to another pharmacy. I have to find another pharmacy, ask the new pharmacy to call them multiple times to get it transferred

I've had a pleasant experience with this pharmacy. The two pharmacists are courteous and have helped me understand pricing when my insurance changed. They have also never hassled me about my medications (whether they be for mental health or transgender hormones). They seem to be busy filling medications most of the time, so they can't answer the phone nor instantly serve you when you walk up. The pharmacy has good hours, so I recommend it for nearby residents.
