The lady in self check out is clueless and not helpful. The ice cream should be $3 but the discount didn’t show up, we show her the app and she said you just have to wait 10min.
So she want us to wait there holding up the line. So we just ask her to remove the item

I was staying in a hotel nearby, and this store was a real saver. You can get there everything you need, including bottled water, medicine, and fruits.

I used the coinStar station here. I put all my coins in and nothing came out. I had to wait until next morning to call coin star station to get help.

One of the nicest Safeways, super clean, well stocked, nice customers, nice staff. Bakery could be larger w.more variety.
Had to visit Quest Diagnostics for Blood work inside this Safeway.
Will shop here again. Has Pacific Catch in the strip mall.

Floral department is worst department … i wait over there 35 minutes for my doordash order. She is sit in corner room and watching phone. And she say im having luch.. 45 minutes takes for lucnch.. no one is on desk for hepling me..

I observed a male employee severely sick today who was coughing profously and wiping his runny nose and continuing to stock produce (leafy greens). This is a severe lack of health and safety. I hope management can provide better sanitation training and give sick employees a day off.

Not sure why Safeway is still one of the most popular grocery stores. The stores often look run down and outdated. The customer service is poor. It happened to me multiple times that I had to wait forever just to get somebody to unlock the wine fridge for me.

NOT OPEN 24/7 just like the Sunnyvale Location. It would help to change their hours if possible to save everyone time and gas from this inaccurate info on maps/yelp

Consistently 30-50% more expensive for every item compared to other stores, sometimes twice the price for produce. $4/lb for (conventional, not organic) tomatoes? Save your money go to TJ. Also beware their pharmacy closes for an hour in the middle of the day.
