Our 20-year old shaker broke and brought our molecular biology to a halt. SER was great. We bought a new shaker and they had it inspected in 24 hours to confirm it was ready for purchase. They also help us revive our broken shaker so now we have a backup. Amazing staff, very responsive and helpful. Thanks so much!
