Car wash didn’t accept my code. They had to reset the car wash, wasted an extra 20 minutes of my time, and wouldn’t even upgrade my car wash for the inconvenience

The service is terrible, the card to use the discount at the car wash doesn't work either and the attendant is very rude. lazy and treats everyone very badly.

Car wash is fine. Note that the timer for dryer is deceptive. We'd think it's in seconds, but as far as I could tell the timer runs faster than a clock.
