They were very helpful with my battered, ancient cello. It was cracked to pieces, and the bridge was snapped in two. I won't say it is as good as new - it was a little too far gone for that - but they did a great job putting the pieces together. Thanks!

My son rented a violin there. Connie and her staff members were extremely friendly and helpful in helping my son pick the right violin (based on his level and our budget). Connie is always taking her time to explain information to my son. We are so happy with the service in Sono Strings.

visiting CA for a few weeks from an area without violin supplies. the folks here spent a good amount of time working with me to find a shoulder rest and refresh the cork on my chin rest to help improve my violin posture.
