St. Timothy's Preschool is a wonderful "hidden gem" with a play-based curriculum. It is a small school featuring an extremely loving, warm, and attentive staff. The teachers are serious about early childhood education, regularly taking courses to stay up-to-date on play-based emergent curriculum programs. There is a very low teacher-to-student ratio and an engaged parent community. Children experience lots of laughter, friends, and learning. The preschool has recently expanded its hours and offers a full-day program. It is affiliated with the attached church but is not a religious school. It is highly recommended.
Come check it out if you are looking for a place where childhood is preserved and little ones are given all the opportunities to grow and gain independence and knowledge without pressure, at their speed and level. Kind, fun, nurturing, clean, and their yard is the best.

My grandkids have a great time in a structured, adventurous, engaging, and fun setting. The staff are competent, cheerful and helpful. (Oh, and patient — I couldn't do it! — Thank you!)
