Never been too fond of subway. Overpriced and overrated , especially in comparison with Ike’s and other sub shops. The Asian lady who works the front, usually solo, is extremely rude and disrespectful. She talks back to customers and makes you sound like you’re stupid. I witnessed it first hand with an elderly customer, then myself.It’s safe to say this review will likely fall on deaf ears but I had to speak the truth.

Despite the bad review I gave it a try anyway. The food are the same typical subway sandwich. I think the problem is the owner doesnt care how his/her employee does its job. No proper training and the cashier spoke to me in spanish in some words and im not even spanish speaking individual. The ambiance are un inviting and i even saw the filifino staff that the other review was talking about. She looks unfriendly good thing i didn't have to order from her. Proper trained staff is the key and proper communication skills. Otherwise it will always be a bad review because i think the owner really doesnt care because the mostly complained staff still exibiting unwelcome attitude.

As far as Subway goes, this one is as good as any other. The quality is consistent and food is prepared quickly and fresh. The staff is friendly.

I typically don't care to write a review for a fast food chain, but I feel like the reviews are outdated and this place deserves a second chance. Regardless of their employees, here's a sure way to get a good cheap sandwich without having to interact with anyone.Go to subway.com, select this location, add your sandwiches, add in any promo codes you have (from experience this location honors every promo, including all the BOGOs), and then pick up. Your sandwiches should already be placed on a shelf in the front, so just pick up and leave.

Sandwich tastes ok. Filipino woman was rude AF. Told her I had a pick-up and gave her my name. She gave me a different name. I told her that wasn't my name. Then she went "then I don't have your sandwich." and brushed me off instead of trying to figure out why my sandwich wasn't made. Apparently my sandwich was ready but she couldn't pronounce my name right. 0 customer service.

I do not recommend ordering a sandwich with a Filipino woman, in the first place because she does not understand what is said to her and puts the amount she wants, and the worst thing is that she charges more for the sandwich as if it had more ingredients and the worst thing is that if someone claims her is offended. I don't know how the owner of this place can have such a rude employee. I recommend that if you go, ask another employee for your sandwich, who are more friendly. yo no recomiendo a nadie pedir un sándwich a una mujer filipina, con cara de pocos amigos, ya en varias ocasiones amistades me han dicho que ella no les agrada su forma de atención, y les ha cobrado más, y se dan cuenta hasta en otra ocasión piden el mismo sadwinch con diferente empleada. Honestamente deberían de Despedirla.

Worst and impolite bad service I’ve ever had in a subway and I’ll never go there again, my wife and I were there we spent over Forty dollars and I was refused the door key to the restroom, I’m a older gentleman with diabetes and needed to use restroom and was refused after paying for my meals, terrible ? service and gratitude towards paying senior customers never again

This place is small, their spicy Italian sandwich was very salty I added oil n vinegar and peppers.I’m not a water drinker. This time I was. Their meatballs sandwich was ok.
