I always get my brows threaded here and the lady is very nice and is always available. Never disappoints and is very gentle and quick too

I got a Brazilian Wax here for only $40 which is half the price of what they are charging across the street at the European Wax Center. However, this place is horrible at sanitation. Con: The counter top that the worker used was caked with old wax. She did not wear gloves. I also do not remember her washing her hands before or after the waxing. Pro: She was okay with taking the procedure slowly. It's a shock I actually stayed through the whole thing. At the worst point of it all, I definitely wished I went the EWC instead. I've had a far more sanitary experience for exactly the same price else where. If you want a cheap Brazilian, I would suggest to reconsider getting it at Sumi's. Note: If you happen to be in LA, the place that also does $40 Brazilians is called Le Belle Waxing Salon.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR BRAZILIAN WAX. The process was unsanitary. The tech not wash hands before or wear gloves during, and used a roll on wax stick (how many clients has it's been on). Because it was roll on wax, this left many small hair behind, which now even looks sillier. The process was less than 10 mins and consist of applying baby powder, waxing, and then baby oil. No numbing cream/ointment, and rushed through the whole process. Unprofessional, unsanitary, and an unwelcoming vibe. Oh, and I made sure to make an appointment but still had to wait. Avoid at all cost. Pay for half the price from groupon? Well now you have half the job done with hair still....smh

This place was worst, who works there she burn my upper lips , so will not recommend this place , very very , they don’t know how to wax, I’m so mad? I never go here anymore !!!!! They charge me and burn my lips

I went today to make eyebrows and upper lip waxing , but The Who work there she burn my upper lip with wax , I paid full , I'm really not happy what they did, they charge me and burn my lip, this is not good, they should always careful , I am not recommend this place !!!!not good
