Kieu has been cutting both my husband's and my hair for the last 5 years or more. The whole staff is friendly and it's a pleasure to be there. We are very friendly people and, for us, it's like being in a small-town salon - like in the movies - where everybody knows everybody and people talk to each other and carry on conversations. We love it!
Stylist: Kieu has been our stylist since before Covid - over 5 years - and we love her! She's very detailed and conscientous.

the worst experience im a decade I had with Kieu just now. She finished the job in astonishingly 4 minutes, terrible skillets, terrible style, leaving cut hair all over my face. Before she rushed to say it's done, I told her the hair looked a bit messy and long on one side vs short on the other. She grinned and insisted no problem, and "it's done". After i told her I feel terrible with the hair left all over my face, she said I'm a terribel customer without correcting the wrong doing. I've been to the place several times for Kei (male) who did the job well which led to me buying a card. But Kieu's rudeness ruined it all. My look, my day and any chance of me going there.

twice now I've tried to check in with "next available" then be told that I cannot book with that stylist but then discover too late that I did in fact get a booking. This was on Android.
