Ethan was so friendly and helpful he sat with us for a long time until we were happy and sure of what we were getting and how much it costs. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew his stuff. He even helped me activate features i didnt know I had. When I need help again he's definitely who I'm going to. Edit: I realize I had to go to CVS in 20 minutes and he hurried so I can go and I made it Ethan's a real one

I am very upset, around the beginning of July this year I bought a Wi-Fi hot spot, a week later I returned it back, they wrote me a receipt and said that the money would arrive within 2 weeks. But, already on September 18, there is still no money. I also contacted customer service and the office, with zero results. I moved from Mountain View to another city, came a few weeks later specifically to talk, because it was a pity to just leave a little more than $200. And the office where I purchased and made a return did not help me. Although, they promised to write or call. Very upset and sad.

3/10/23 I decided that the warranty replacement Galaxy S10 wasn't worth the trouble. Plus it had a horrible battery, the first day! I spent the better part of 24 hours going through settings trying to get everything the way I had my original S10, only for the warranty replacement to still have many of the issues of the original. So I realized I should have just bought the latest Galaxy when I was at the store 2 days before. And that's what I did. On 3/10/23, Xochitl greeted me and set me up with a brand new S23 and case and got much of the phone transfer done. When her shift ended, Jonathan continued the data transfer, and my much needed free therapy session. And John added the screen protector while patiently participating the process. I will be the first person to admit, I am what's known as an IT Nightmare. I wasn't sure if everything was fully backed up to the cloud, so we did the transfer from one phone to the other in store. Xochitl, Jonathan and John were also exceptionally patient with this old lady. Thank you all for more 5 star service!3/8/23 Ethan at Grant Rd Tmobile is a Rockstar. I really want to post this review. I am just a new customer who just transferred from Verizon to T-Mobile. At one point I thought it was a bad decision as I was not getting the issues resolved by the customer care but then I came to this store and I am so please with the service that I received by Rolando. He is an expert and he resolved all my issue that all other 100 agents were not able toHe is so patient and he went above and beyond to help me. I really recommend this store because this store has employee like rolando Martinez and employees like him are the ones who make the reputation of any business.I am very thankful to rolando for all his efforts and help that he offered. I feel much better now and now all my phones are workingThanks again Rolando. You have great customer service skills. Wish you all the best

Alicia is the greatest! She understands the world of ancient cell phones, new phone plans, T-mobile's policies, and much, much more. She is a skilled communicator, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about - it seems - all things cellular! I have had a T-mobile pay-as-you-go phone since I think 2004, and never had a problem with T-mobile. However, I have recently been informed that T-mobile is soon going to shut down the 3G system that my little current phone operates on. Trying to get info on options for updating my phone, I "visited" websites (of T-mobile and others)....what a mess! The stuff I read there was confusing, contradictory, and incomprehensible. I decided to speak to someone in person, even though finding anybody who understands the world of ancient cell phones seemed unlikely....but the T-mobile store is right next to the grocery store, so why not? I stopped in, and spoke to Alicia. Wow, she was able to explain GSM vs CDMA, 4G vs 3G vs 4G-LTE, as well as the details of all of the various plans, both current and past, how much each one costs, etc. etc. I am impressed and amazed. So if you are confused about cell phones, go see Alicia at the Grant Road T-mobile store. She will clear it up for you.

Ali had the best customer service. So knowledgeable, and transferred my new phone information. I have been a TMobile customer for a while now but Ali told me about new products that I plan on coming back to try. Thanks ?

Tried to return an unused SIM card to this store. i called ahead and made sure that they would accept a return. i was told yes, as long as i brought the receipt. Drove to the store and Keebler (who i believe was the person i spoke with on the phone) was unable to refund me. if a refund isnt possible thats fine but dont waste my time by telling me that ill get a refund.
