if you order for pickup, check your items. Once they gave me the wrong thing and I didn’t realize til I got home and they wouldn’t let me return it because I didn’t have the receipt for that item— because I didn’t purchase that item, I purchased something else.

The female pharmacist didn’t want to help and just tried to brush me off. The young male assistant, however, was nice and tried to help, which is why I’m giving two stars. If it were just for the woman, she'd get zero stars

The WORST TARGET in Silicon Valley!! If you call and try to reach a department, NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE!
I just moved to the area so I had a visit there recently. I was in an aisle when I heard 3 customers at 3 separate times approach an associate on the floor. Her replies to each customer was "I don es spick eh englis"... just turns around smiling leaving the customer baffled who is trying to comprehend why this person with a uniform on can't assist them or get assistance FOR THEM! She doesn't bother to offer help in Spanish at a minimal. ??♀️
Why are you hiring/training staff who have a language restriction to turn customers away and don't even try to provide assistance? This is a reflection on very poor management, specifically here at this location. I resided in Sunnyvale before moving here and at that location the employees who were fluent Spanish speakers would ALWAYS try to seek out help from another colleague if they couldn't provide assistance or tried to provide assistance if they couldn't verbally communicate it. Mountain View is strongly lacking in this area. The store set up is terrible.
I'll PASS shopping here ??.

I was able to read a full book undisturbed for two hours straight. The workers are nice, and Target have a wide variety of art supplies, electronics, medicalware, and clothes.

Pretty underwhelming Target compared to the every other ones in the city. Layout is very confusing. The beauty/pharmacy section is tucked away on the other side of the store and hard to find…

So they now changed on self-check out 10 items or less? The other day notice 1 person has more then 10 items in her basket, I look at service person, sign say 10 items or less, and why this person has way more then 10 items, you do for 1 person might as well do for all customers. Her excuse was since there was a long line at the register and no line at the check out. I told her is not acceptable. Mountain View location is too ghetto. I prefer Redwood city or San Jose on Coleman.

Beware of bag charge on pickup orders. They add $1 for 10 bags to your order and fine print says it is 10 cents for 10 bags if you need them and when you pay for the order they cannot reimburse you for the $1. Best not to do business with such people or at least know what their stated policy is as they don't seem to.
