oh man i wish i lived closer to a better target. i'll only go here if i REALLY need something but when i do, it's a 50/50 chance they'll have it. it's either their out of stock, or they don't carry it at all. this is a very limited target, as that this does not have a grocery area like regular targets do and is probably a 3rd of a regular target. i think this target was made for you to go in and out of the store, not lollygag and waste time to wander around lol. if i want to get food, i'll opt for whole foods, sprouts, or trader joes (which is all walkable from this target). but if i need some other household products, i'll go here as a last resort.

Store was gross. The lady at the fitting room was alright, but I was exchanging an item because of size and had to go to customer service in the front to complete the transaction. The worker told me I could return and then buy the new one and asked if I had the receipt. I was like, "Yes it's on my phone if you could hold on one second.." Then she was like, "You can also pull it up by the credit card you used to make the purchase." I said, "Okay but I'm not sure which one it was so if you could give me a moment to check.." And she was like, "Do you know if it was credit or debit, or you can just insert them all one by one and see if they work or don't.." Like STFU woman I'm literally trying to pull it up on my phone, and the old bird would not stop laughing and whatnot the entire time it was so obnoxious and patronizing. Honestly she ought to be ashamed a 50-year-old woman working at Target still. And if you think I'm being stuck up, I've worked tons of retail holidays where there were pajamas all over the floor and I had to pick them up and endlessly board-fold, and lines were so long I had to work through my breaks, so don't tell me I don't understand working retail during the holidays. Seriously no excuse for this kind of behavior

I like Target generally, but this is easily the worst one in the local area. These guys never stop to amaze me at the sheer range of items they can be out of, and how often they can be out of it! You'll find them running out of the most common things in the all of retail-dom -- Curel lotion, Mint Milano, Nestle Crunch, ibuprofen, lactase pills, even milk! Seriously, these guys are out of milk the vast majority of the time (roughly 75%), and we're talking about Target's own house brand. This has all been true for at least five years now, so COVID has nothing to do with it. Although that might be why their employee quality is declining. One recent cashier somehow managed to ring me up for a $200 phone I didn't even buy. A trip here is often a trip wasted. These days I try to either head to Target's EPA / Sunnyvale stores, or the Trader Joe's across the street.

Avoid this location. Overheard one of the cashiers making racist comments and being rude towards Asian customers. Also, like other reviews mentioned, this location has a weirdly depressing/desolate feeling. Inventory is a lot more lacking than other target stores.

Rude staff. An older staff member screamed at my 7 year old when he politely asked for the location of the restrooms. He then looked at me and said "what you gonna do about it!" and stormed off. He likely would've responded differently if my son and I were Caucasian. Incredibly despicable behavior that's allowed by management here. Racist store.

This Target has no cashiers working in the front and not one cashier working in electronics. I am the type of customer who likes to be waited on by someone who works for the company. I refuse to use self checkout. Why is it these big companies expect customers to use self checkouts instead of paying employees to wait on customers. You ever heard of customer service. It wouldn't surprise me if I see customers doing their own returns and tossing it on a shelf or putting it in a large bin. Whatever happen to employees at the checkstand saying "Next in line" You walk in you grab a cart, you grab the items you want/need you scan the stuff yourself without even being waited on. Target should pay the customers for ringing up their own merchandise they are buying. It's bad enough we pump our own gas at the gas station but Targrt can't wait on their customers?

Alex from the electronics section was very helpful and informative. He has such a friendly vibe! I definitely recommend coming to this location!

We had a terrible experience at target today (8/28, about 11am) - the cashier was not able to take our method of payment due to POS system limitations and later seemed to agree with a nationalistic remark. While we were trying to figure out a solution (and the cashier Anna at the front could be more helpful btw) another customer who was behind us in line started making derogatory and hateful remarks along the lines of "if you don't have the money don't come to this store", "they are Russian so they must be talking shit","he is a bullshitter", "you dont own the world" etc despite us offering to let them go in front of us in line. While this is upsetting, the reason for the review is attitude of cashier Anna from the front - who seemed to know this person and started agreeing with some of these remarks, and John (the team lead) who refused to help with POS payment methods, ignored the conflict while standing at a distance and let it escalate. His method of conflict resolution was to ignore it and offered us to fill out a survey later. It looks like several Target employees at this store support nationalistic hate against Russian people.

My boyfriend and I were shopping for bikes and we found what we wanted at Target. Maria was so helpful and kind. She helped us with a price match and we were super happy with the purchase. Francine was also super friendly and attentive. Bright smile. These two ladies lightened up our day! Awesome customer service. Mirian and Gilad.

Staff is super unfriendly, unprofessional, and arrogant. I had a car pickup which I received. However after I had left my car in the 1 of ~8 car pickup spots (that were all empty btw) to run inside to get a few more items, an employee came out and rudely told me to move if I had nothing to be delivered to my car. After I told him I had just had items brought out to my car, he promptly walked away with no response. Management needs to train their employees to at LEAST ask "do you have something to be delivered?" instead of trying to berate a customer. Do better.

Inside I think this is a pretty nice store but I would strongly suggest avoiding the curbside pick up. We tried that last night and I ended up waiting about 15 minutes.I went inside and spoke with the very nice and competent customer service staff who told me that the order had been canceled since we hadn't been there when they went outside. This was nonsense since an employee who had been helping someone else definitely looked right at us in the pick up area. Fortunately our order was still assembled in a cart so she just rang them up again and we took them. But I would never use curbside pick up and don't recommend it.

COVID UPDATE Yikes Target. 2 stars for the carts being wiped down by the courteous person at the entrance. -3 stars for not enforcing store capacity. Every aisle was full and the lines were 5-7 people long for every checkout. The checkout area wasn't wiped down, and when I asked the lady said they were supposed to wipe every 30 minutes. That logic escapes me unless they were planning checkout to last 30 minutes. The store manager said they were supposed to wipe down after each checkout. No wonder Bezos and the behemoth are dominating all other retailers.

This is a pretty weird Target. I saw it have lower scored reviews, and was like, how is that possible? All Targets are pretty much the same? Wrong. Stock was very low on pretty much everything. No joke, everything. You want frozen pizza? Go elsewhere? You want shampoo? Go elsewhere. Not saying they were completely depleted, but it left a lot to be desired. The layout at this location is also on the weirder side. Not my favorite Target by a mile.

it's the last day of the year, and just like everyone else, we're trying to spend the last of our FSA funds that won't roll over tomorrow. Despite Target having a dedicated FSA shopping page, we asked 2 separate cashiers if they can tell us which items were FSA-eligible, and neither of them knew what we were talking about. It seems neither of them had heard the terms "FSA" or "flex spending account." I consider this a major management failure, as they should be training all cashiers about FSA spending. On a positive note, the inventory was pretty good and we managed to pick up everything we needed.

One of my kids wanted a Wolverine action figure for Christmas. Every Target was pretty much out and when I ordered from a store closer to me or online, I would eventually get the notice that it's no longer in stock...bummer! I noticed that Mt. View Target had it and since I was heading that way later in the day I ordered for drive-up. I was so happy when I got that notice that my order was ready for pick-up. I went during a busy time of day, holiday season, and I was expecting to have a long wait to receive my item since it was right before Christmas and the middle of the day. I have never had such a fast experience with a drive-up Pick up ever. Honestly I was so impressed with how quick it was. Literally I pulled up, checked in, and there were at least 5-6 people waiting or pulling in, and in a minute or so, they were out with my item. They really run an efficient drive-up service in my experience
