Patricia is just awesome! Like a 5-star detective, she went above and beyond resolving a package delivery issue I experienced. She provided excellent customer service in resolving the matter to my satisfaction. Highly recommended!

I went here to return an Amazon package which was unopened in its original packaging. The clerk demanded $20 to place it in a ‘shipping box’. When I probed, he became aggressive and rude. A bad experience for literally attempting to return a package.
Incidentally, a nearby UPS store accepted my return without any questions.

Brought in a bunch of packages but the people who helped me completely forgot how to count and lost the one package that they missed the scan. It was in the evening so I give them the benefit of the doubt, but still it was horrible and spent over 30 mins inside AND had to help find the package that was not scanned.

Do not use their international shipping service because they can file everything wrong at the custom but still charge you an arbitrary amount of brokerage fee. Use USPS or find a custom brokerage.
The workers are extremely ignorant and irresponsible. Even after I told them it was all personal effects, they still tagged it as commercial shipping and incurred 700 dollars tax at the border.

3.00 to PRINT ONE BLACK AND WHITE paper then 35. After you are out your rabbit mind...FedEx is cheaper 10cent a page.
