The staff is consistently amazing, extremely kind, thoughtful, attentive, genuinely helpful, friendly, patient, and super friendly without being overbearing. They go above and beyond to help, engage in small talk, and will even help find items at other locations. A significant point of frustration for some customers is inconsistency with store hours, which has led to wasted trips. Cute little gift shop with an array of quality, unique goods. I went on one of the art and wine festival days but everything was still kept neat and the staff was friendly. I loved all the niche/different items they had.

I love Therapy Store in Mountain View. It's my go to spot for a fun, creative gift. They always carry brands that are eco conscious and great quality, and the staff are consistently helpful and informative and so nice to talk to!
