“The a plus experience started as soon as I walked in. and had to use the bathroom, and it was one of the cleanest bathrooms I've used in a public location. Jeremy checked me out quickly and efficiently even helped me find a lot.My car, and when I needed to extend, I made a phone call.I didn't get the gentleman's name, but he was super helpful and then when I had to return the car, he was super helpful and remembered me from the phone a plus experience. All service was quick and efficient, which I can appreciate.”

“I had an excellent experience with U-Haul during a stressful moving day. Lea, who helped me rent a 10' truck, was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the process. While I had initially made the reservation for 6 hours, it turned into more of a 7-8 hour deal but when I called to extend she was super friendly and accommodating over the phone.
The U-Haul team member on Laurelwood at the storage facility was equally outstanding, taking the time to show me the different storage unit sizes before I rented one and helping me complete my rental when my plans changed.
Both employees went above and beyond to make the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help were truly appreciated. I wouldn't recommend any changes—they provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Thank you!”

“This was hands down the best vehicle repair experience I’ve ever had. My service advisor, Gabriel, was absolutely incredible.
Long story short, I’ve taken my truck to 5 separate Dealer Service Centers over the last 18 months. 140 days of which were spent at the Dealer Service Center. Ultimately, they were unable to fix the problem (they actually made it severely worse).
I brought my truck into PTR, explained the issue to Gabriel, he knew exactly what to look for and had the truck fixed in 10 days. Had there not been some specialized parts that needed to be ordered, I have no doubt they could’ve had it back to me in a few days.
Not only did they fix the original issue, they also repaired my alarm and horn wiring (theft attempt), and also fixed my backup camera (it would shutter off and on in reverse). On top of all that, the total cost came in ~$,1000 LESS than the original quoted price.
I truly cannot say enough great things about these guys. Shops like this are rare these days. I’m referring everyone I know to them. Thank you Gabriel and PTR for saving me from this truck nightmare. I cannot thank you enough.”

It was very easy to talk to them and the U-Box offered me a flexibility option that not many others allowed. The delivery driver was very chill. The staff at the counter was very professional and understanding.”

“I think there may be some major reporting bias here on google maps for this location. I had such a good experience with this U Haul I almost forgot to review! I bet I am not alone. The staff members working here were very nice and helpful, and everything I ordered came in working order and was timely. The 10’ truck I rented did the job, and came clean. It had a strange tire pressure error, but the staff figured it out right away and we were on our way. The moving bins are also great and reasonably priced. I will come again when the occasion arises for moving.”

“I had a almost new vans the last two times I rented here. The checkout process can be lengthy - much more so than with a car rental. But you can still do it using their app in advance.
The staff is helpful.
They have packing materials and stuff for towing sold at this location.
I previously also refilled propane cylinders here. It's a bit longer than swapping but ~30% cheaper.”
