Easy and relatively fast for my part-day rental.
However there is a Mileage Charge and also need to Refuel or else pay an additional Fuel Charge.
I had a short rental but the roughly $0.80 per mile (and more on larger trucks) exceeded the daily rental charge. Fuel and Mileage Charges were excessive in my view.

Don't go here for tow hitch installation. They cut my rear fender too wide than necessary and made it look really bad. The guy says I followed the instructions provided by curtis which says to cut 10 inches wide and so I did it. Either curtis is dumb or the uhaul guy or both, whatever the case you will end up ruining your car.

This U-haul location is very efficient, helpful, no time wasted. Right when I showed up for drop off, there was a small line, (I thought to myself, I am going to be here for a bit) but an employee came out and gave me directions on where to go and drop off. I had a follow up question and Frank came over to help me unhitch the u-haul trailer, was friendly and knowledgeable. The process at the Mountain View U-Haul was smooth and easy, has me looking forward to the next time I have to rent a trailer.

Had my propane tank refilled yesterday. The service was quick and efficient. Had tried to do an exchange of Blue Rhino tank elsewhere and was only getting 12.5 pounds of propane not the expected 15 pounds. Here the tank was filled with 17 pounds and was 2$ cheaper than doing an exchange

I didn’t like anything at all. The store rep made us pay for a whole day even when we used it for a couple hours and said we had to return the truck to the same store instead of the closest one for me (which doesn’t make sense at all in this type of services). I called customer service and they adviced the rep was wrong but it was too late to fix anything because the contract was already signed. We still paid more than we should and no help was provided.
