Everything from the time that I first called to bring our pet, Casper, in for a checkup to the handling of him at the clinic went extremely well. There was a follow-up visit and Dr. Mira (spelling?) Ramesh was exceptional in re-examining Casper and in educating me about his symptoms.

The very earnest and thoughtful aspect of helping your beloved pet to pass when they are in crisis is something very often you might think about and then hope you aren’t required to participate in. My husband and I faced our dog in distress in Dr Alex Lundhild DVM ER at MedVet in Mountain View. The doctor’s’ professional and kind hearted approach put myself at ease and allowed me to make the most difficult of all decisions in our dogs life - the decision to help him move on now without any more fear or pain. As I write this now, two plus weeks after our beautiful dog is gone, I can’t help but feel sad but also knowing we did what we promised we’d do, not allow the little guy to suffer.Thank you Dr Lundhild and your staff for helping us and Tobey to move on. We loved him very much.

We experienced very professional care at Med Vet Mountain View, Our puppy was taken care of well from beginning to end of our visit. Her nervous behaviour was accommodated and all staff were slow and gentle with her, with almost all treatment being completed in a room where we (her humans) were able to be present and help.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pet emergencies are NEVER good, but this hospital gives excellent care. I would definitely return if needed.

I am so thankful I took my dog to MedVet! She got hit by a car, and the genuine care, attentiveness and immediate help, and wonderful expertise I experienced while dealing with a traumatic experience was absolutely fabulous. There was no wait time, attentive and caring staff, knowledgeable doctors, and a clear plan moving forward. Thank you so much MedVet!

Mainly because the Vet doc spent time to explain things and listen to us. There was no wait - but that may have been an accident.

Great service, we went in at 11pm when our dog ate a bunch of chocolate. Staff was kind over the phone and quick to help. Very nice and price was fair

We were referred her by our vet and our dog had tendon repair surgery with Dr Nielsen. From our first visit we had excellent service by both clinical and front office staff. They all have great communication and response time. We have always been greeted and spoken to in a friendly and professional manner, and they are so sweet and loving with my dog! Their waiting room and treatment rooms are clean. I am very happy that we had our dog’s treatment done here.

I brought my dog here a few months back worried about his cough. (My dog had a dry cough and was coughing up a faint amount of blood)I had a strong sense something was wrong and it might have been kennel cough or something worse. I took pictures of the bloody cough to show them. They took him to the back to check his vitals and everything thing came out “normal”. They said that it would be a 4 hour wait and about $700 to see a doctor. Trusting my gut I was like yes let’s do it, but then the lady who took my dog back said she really didn’t think it was necessary and I would be wasting my time. ( since she thought my dogs throat had just been irritated and that’s why there was spots of blood) I joked and said “ oh, so he must be faking it“. She laughed and agreed. Anyways I took her advice and decided to hold off to see if things got better. Well they didn’t and he ended up getting pneumonia. After taking him to another vet they found a spot on his lungs which had been lung cancer. I feel like if this place would have taken me seriously the first time I could have got my dog the help he needed. I ended up losing my dog about 2 months later.
